I cannot say enough good things about A+ Pest Control! My family moved to AL from NY 6 months ago. After realizing how many bugs and spiders (major fear of mine!) were in the south, I panicked. I came across a flyer for A+ and called them. David was very helpful over the phone and went over all their services. Brandon has been our tech for the last 4 months and is just awesome! Very polite, friendly, professional, and always on time. He takes time to go over any concerns we are having and address them as well as any suggestions he may have. He treats inside the house, basement, garage, sweeps all the eaves, treats our front and back porches, sprays the outside of the house and lawn, as well as treats with granules on more of the lawn. He also treats my husband's workshop as well as our son's playhouse the same way, both inside and out. They always call ahead to let us know when they will be out and address any concerns we may be having so that they are prepared when they come. There was one time where we had a strange beetle on our back porch that I had never seen before. I took a picture and emailed it to David to see what it was and if I needed to be concerned. He got right back to me to let me know what it was and had nothing to worry about. I feel much better living here now knowing that I have their service and knowledge to help keep our home pest free! I scheduled for A Plus Pest to come treat our home and they arrived as scheduled only to find that we were not through with our renovations. So I had to reschedule them. Jason, the technician, was more than understanding. I felt bad that I had not cancelled and rescheduled them when I realized that the renovations would not be finished before there visit. But Jason was very flexible. He came back a week later and again was very professional. He explained what he was going to do inside and out. Explained about how the chemical would work. Also, each time I called, they were professional and didn't mind my many questions prior to their service. The detailed invoice via email was great. We are new to Alabama and didn't realize how much "nature" we'd encounter in our new home! We had a serious mouse and roach issue and contacted A Plus Pest Control to come out. Josh spoke with me about the pests I was concerned about, explained how he was going to treat the house, and asked my permission before he did anything which I really appreciated since I've got little kids in the house. The results speak for themselves, I have never seen so many dead bugs in my life. The mice have been tougher to get rid of, but Josh came back to our house (a free visit) to put down traps to catch the last of the mouse invaders. I called A+ pest before we even moved into our new home in Huntsville 4 months ago! They are the very best around for high quality service at a fair price. We have a monthly contract with them, and have been very satisfied with their performance. Our usual tech, Brad is a real gem. He super through, knowledgeable, always able to answer all my crazy questions, and just the kindest person. Our home is very near a large park and have large trees around the home, so I think we have more bugs than the usual and I can confidently say that we have been very happy with their service. We moved to Huntsville about 3 years ago. Being from out of state we were not sure about the pest control companies out there. After researching for a couple of weeks we found A Plus. APlus Pest Control is effective, thorough, friendly and affordable. I use them for my rental property as well as my primary residence. I highly recommend them! A+ is great and I would recommend their service. I really like the way they treat outside every other month. We never have bugs and the few times sugar ants or lady bugs popped up they we fast at coming to take care of them. Jason our tech is prompt and thorough when treating our house. Jason came by within ~2 hours of calling and speaking with Dave about a rodent issue first thing this a.m. While I do have an service agreement with them for pests, I fully expected a charge for his time and effort for this issue, and never discussed it otherwise, yet, they chose not to charge me.
