Sherry, who answers the phone and helps so much, is amazing. She is an absolute sweetheart and is willing to answer any questions. I feel like the pricing is comparable to other companies. It might be slightly higher, but to me, it is well worth it! We talked to the company that was previously servicing our house under the previous owners, and the customer service and professionalism simply did not compare. Called at least 12 times, of which they hung up on me twice before I could say anything. Total fraud! Have reported to BBB and disputed charges with my credit card company. Instead they charged me double and by double I don't just mean again but they charged me twice the price again ($173.98). So now I've paid triple for a service never rendered. I've been dealing with them for almost 2 months trying to get a simple refund back. Today instead of a refund check in the mail I get a paper bill for another almost $90. The paper bill says the month of April even though I paid April directly out of my account after the technician came, like I always do. Have never received a paper bill before. Now I get to worry about them ruining my credit with fake bills. Manager Michael Bick does not contact anybody, does not return emails or phone calls and does not get involved to resolve issues. I'm not even sure he exists. Huntsville office is a joke and all I've gotten is run around and people stealing my money out of them. Again and again. Whoever is in their financial department is creating financial havoc and hardships for the customers. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a monkey with a pencil taped to its forehead at this point. I suppose I'm going to have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute all the charges with my bank. Not quite sure how to deal with the paper bill issue and stopping them from ruining my credit with their nonsense. Perhaps a lawsuit is in order. Stay away from this company they will rob you blind and I'm not not even joking.
