I happened to pass him on my way out of the neighborhood and he was a very courteous driver (held back on a narrow bridge to allow me to come through first). He was professional, he managed our tight access around our house without damaging any trees or landscaping. Reasonably priced. We're telling all of our neighbors. Very happy!!! Hopefully we won't need them again soon, but we'll use them in several years to do this again.

I do not recommend this company anymore. We were customers for about 6 years and the quality took…read morea dive last year. They would not spray clear to the end of the yard so we kept having weeds all along our walk and driveway. I had to call them to respray 3 times. To top that off, we did not pre pay for another year which we had always done previously because I knew we were switching companies. Well, Pure Green still continued to come out and spray and bill me. When I called to tell them I did not want their service and to please stop coming, Brook told me I still owed for Jan because I hadn't notified them to end it! I had always prepaid for the entire year in advance, but she didn't even ask why I hadn't done that. Pretty sure they knew I wasn't keeping them so they just kept spraying. Horrible business practice, but I paid it just to be done with this company! FYI, I do not think this was a rule when we started with them, but I did look at a previous statement and in very small print it says that service is continuous until they are notified.

Hello- I live in Decatur AL. When I am looking for a…read moreservice, I usually look up three to four contractors to get a few estimates before I make any decisions The first call I made was to 1st Helpers. After I heard this young mans voice, he was very polite, comfortable, and easy to talk to, with a very warm voice. Something told me, STOP looking, no need to look any farther, because of our cell phone chat. I'm glad I trusted my instinct, In today's time, where you either have to work a business shorthanded or alone, this company not only showed up, his crew was out sick and it was only the owner that showed up. His crew was out sick and it was only the owner that showed up. I was the one that was skeptical. I said to him "Son we can reschedule it would not be a problem" he said "no ma'am this is what I do" This company took my little house, bed & mattress, chestier drawer, carpets, all junk and all junk related stuff in between, (a lot) and all that was harboring bad odor, including the carpet and its raw ugly smells (Yuck) When that company left my little house, (we call the outside house the little house) the company took its nasty smelly smell with it, and now it is absolutely 100% fresh again- I was almost in tears (The Owner) 1st Helper went far and beyond to give me back my little house again- Ive added 1st Helpers to my 1st contact list from this point forward- Thank you 1st Helpers you made my work after your clean up so much more easier and I can move forward with the rest of my little house plans... Praise you and your company for all that you have done for me- PdB Decatur AL.
