Long story short: During the early parts of spring (ant season) I have the biggest and worst issues with ants being on my front porch and getting all over my packages. About 3 weeks after Atlus came out and did the regular treatment plus the last treatment was done on a wet and sprinkling of rain day, I started having terrible issues with the ants on my front porch. All I had to do was give them a call and without hesitation they came back to my house and retreated everything for me free of charge. I found that they are very well priced and more thorough than other companies I've used in the past. They would not spray clear to the end of the yard so we kept having weeds all along our walk and driveway. I had to call them to respray 3 times. To top that off, we did not pre pay for another year which we had always done previously because I knew we were switching companies. Well, Pure Green still continued to come out and spray and bill me. When I called to tell them I did not want their service and to please stop coming, Brook told me I still owed for Jan because I hadn't notified them to end it! I had always prepaid for the entire year in advance, but she didn't even ask why I hadn't done that. Pretty sure they knew I wasn't keeping them so they just kept spraying. Horrible business practice, but I paid it just to be done with this company! FYI, I do not think this was a rule when we started with them, but I did look at a previous statement and in very small print it says that service is continuous until they are notified.
