Cook's text's me to schedule a visit to check my Sentricon's. We agree on a time and I say they must be here at that time "sharp". The time has come and gone by a large margin. No call, haven't heard anything from them at all. My time is just as valuable as theirs. No wonder there is so much turn-over in pest control companies. I can't recommend them. Quality Company came out to do initial pest control service. I was told I could cancel any time and someone would come check the traps set in 3-4 weeks. NO ONE EVER CAME BACK OR CALLED TO COME BACK. I canceled mosquito service because it did not help at all. When I canceled pest control I was sent a letter for early cancellation AFTER BEING TOLD I CAN CANCEL ANY TIME. Spoke to manager who stated they only come back for service calls which is not what the tech who did the initial treatment told me. Very unprofessional and will tell you anything just for you to be lied to. They broke the contract by not coming back out. Very unprofessional FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! read more

I have had cooks for over a year I still have roaches and rats the ants in my yard is bad I called to get someone out to my property I have 3 accounts with cooks they set me a appointment at 12 and I waited till 4 and no one came no one called to reschedule. this has happened to many times .I talked to the manager Kyle he had no idea what was going on. he is the manager but he does not manage anything. very disappointing. don't belive the every 3 months and will come back when you call that is a lie.not a company you want to do business with. read more

They charge you nearly a thousand dollars for the set up and trick you into quarterly payments. They don't send invoices but they will send you to collections and ruin your credit. You can't call them because no one has your contract and you just keep getting transferred. Don't waste your money or time with this company. read more

We have used this company for years and we were always pleased with the young man that came faithfully on the first of the month. He then left and our service has been sporadic at best! They come when it's convenient to them. Maybe 3 weeks apart, maybe a month and charge you every time! We don't need service on their schedule. Now they have changed the mosquito service and charged us twice in 3 weeks! Customer service has no idea what is going on and the supervisor (Ryan) was RUDE! Needless to say......we are no longer customers With so many other companies available it shouldn't be hard to replace them. read more

We have been using Cooks for over 20 years. Grant has been our service tech for a few years. He is awesome. Always calls the night before to confirm time when he is coming. Always arrives on time. After the horrific experience I had with Terminix even before I got their service, I decided to give Cook's a try, again... We had their service when we moved in back in the early 2000's and they were very decent back then. However I decided to do it myself and as always ran out of time to do it or it became to much of a chore... fast forward to 2019. Since the first call they were polite, courteous and provided above par service. Always there when you need them and always willing to explain and show what they are doing. Very respectful of myself and of my property. These guys (and gals) know Pest Control. Furthermore they always follow up with a phone call to ensure you are satisfied. Bottom Line: You get what you pay for. read more

Don't bother wasting money on them. They lie and tell you things to pull you in. We were told by multiple sales men that we only had to pay $200 for the termite bond. Well we had to move so of course we had to cancel and now they are making us pay $500 ontop of the $180 to cancel. They have forever lost our business and everyone else we know. This will not be the end to them. They always came to our house when we weren't home and sprayed outside and so called cleaned up spider webs and wasp nest. Everytime they did I would go on the front porch and still see the ones I've kept calling about. We wasted our money on them and I suggest you to not waste your money. Failed to inspect crawlspace and there turned out to be extensive foundation damage that could have been prevented had they gone all the way back into the crawlspace as they were supposed to have done. There was a cracked hose that had been spraying s=as it turned out for several years, repairs cost me $8000.! read more

Do NOT use this co! Very unprofessional & very bullying tactics! I signed a contract 4/13/2020, because they were selling to my neighbor, I never called them. NO inspection in 2020. NO inspection in 2021. They called in 2022, 6 weeks before yr was up. Non-stop calls while I'm at work, multiple times during wk (Kellen R). Finally spoke with Kellen & said I could NOT schedule when they wanted me to, I'd be available in 3 wks due to my work schedule. His mgr Brian called me back & said OKAY, that they would call me back in 3 wks to schedule inspection appt. Today while I was home working (sick), they showed up un-announced, without my permission, Never rang doorbell, I could hear them outside while I was on work call. No emails, no calls, no regular mail. They just show up & REMOVED all of the termite baits in my yard. They are in breach of their contract (multiple points)! They also did NOT ever provide me with the details that the contract said they gave me. But they clearly took my money. I paid in FULL. This company (location) is the worst. Do NOT use this company...you can find much better co's!! read more

Had service in the past w/ Cook's and was pleased. This time the service and direct supervision of Reps has been an experience that I DO NOT recommend. Rep has to be reminded of scheduled service dates and residential areas to service on arrival. The job is usually half done if I don't remind the Rep to remove/replace traps that contains pest, yet the Rep falsely report doing a COMPLETE job. Have requested new Rep, request has gone unattended by the Supervisor. Please be advised of this company's service & do read your service report. Are getting you getting what your contract states? They do have a BASIC service checklist that some Reps, at least in my area, fail to follow. read more

I can't understand how anyone can not be thrilled with the Cook's people at this location. They've been servicing our house for years and everyone of them has been great at customer service. I recently upgraded our service to include the inside and the outside (had the termite service and flea service)... I just got tired of spending all that money and trips to Home Depot and we are old and can no longer tolerate all this hard work. Man were these people great to us! We had a contract for the whole yard. We saw ants, we called... and they were at the door practically before we hung up the phone. We called the other day because we were suddenly inundated with rats/mice from the farmer's field behind. Cooper (my favorite of their guys) came right out and set out traps. Today we noticed we had caught several (lots) and didn't know what to do with them. I called Cooper and he came right out and cleaned up the mess, and he reset all the traps. What a guy! Even hauled off the dead bodies... I can't tell you how grateful we are to have these guys in our lives. They do what they say they're going to do... and they are responsive immediately and it's just so painless. No bugs, no fleas, no ants, and soon no rats... There must have been a battalion of them... Cooper was whipping them out right and left. Think they're gone, but we're all set up in case they're not. Our experience has been fantastic! I highly recommend these guys. read more

Very dishonest. Told by salesman Mike I could cancel anytime. When I tried to cancel after 1 month because of poor service they told me I could cancel but would have pay for the rest of the term(11 more months). What a ripoff stay clear. read more

They are easy to work with till you have some termite damage. Then they take a week to get back with you and refuse to replace damaged wood.
