We tried to use them for Lawn Treatment and Mosquito Service. We got ate up by Mosquitoes and they burned spots in our yard. They never left notification that they were on our property. When we called to cancel, they wanted $99 per service to cancel!! That's just crazy!!! When we called to talk to a manager, he never called us back. When we finally got to talk to him, he said he tried. Horrible customer service! read more

I'm updating this because I've had this company for almost 3 years and I did initially get frustrated with the timing of the quarterly service, it did improve and even if I could be home they would come and take care of the exterior. They do have good customer service and the technicians are very nice. They have the best termite protection compared to other companies too. read more

I wanted to update my previous rating. I have I have been using Waynes for years and have always been more than happy with them. Both for my lawn, pest service and mosquito service in the summer. When I called recently because of some continuous issues going on, I received a call immediately back, and the situation was resolved immediately. When I am dealing with Waynes I feel as though i am dealing with family. They are very intent on making things right, and I respect them so much for that. read more

would never recommend Wayne's to anyone!!! seriously, you're wasting your money. we have had the runaround with this company all of january due to a rodent problem. We contemplated writing a review but the manager was so nice and allowed us to cancel instead. we cancelled the service and were told we would get Januarys bill refunded to us and that we wouldn't owe the original $150 that we were supposed to pay. they didn't due their job AT ALL, which is why we cancelled in the first place. (Came out 3x in January for a problem and quarterly pest control and did not perform the 3x they came out). they are still charging us every month!!! read more

I've been pleased with Wayne's Pest Control for a while now. Recently I switched to Wayne's Termite Control. Again Happy. But now I have a beef with them. Yesterday I got a call from their agent asking if I would like Wayne's Lawn Control. After the sales pitch I agreed to add it. Well while I was out Christmas Shopping a guy named CAPTAIN evidently came out. He texted me and noted he could not do my back yard because we have Augustine grass back there. I immediately called Wayne's office and was told indeed they cannot do it because of Augustine grass. So the man on the phone told me CAPTAIN would cancel that service. Well, lo and behold, I get home an there is a WAYNE's SIGN in my front yard advertising that my yard is a WAYNE'S Lawn Control yard and a NEW text from this guy named Captain that he did part of my yard that didn't have Augustine grass and was billing me for that service with a discount since he couldn't do the rest of the job. WTF. WTF. WTF. WTF. Who in the hell wants a partial service? And who in the hell wants a bill when already told by the office that said service was to be removed since they could not perform the job. Waynes bought out Kirklands which I had used for nearly 10 years. The quality of customer service was decent with Kirklands, not the quality of insect protection, that remained constant, I rarely had any issues with bugs in the house. However, paying the bill became a hassle. I'd think that I had paid online, then next month, nothing. When I finally did get the payment to take, two months later they said I was 7 months behind. Seriously? Needless to say, I am looking for a new pest control service. Wish kirkland's hadn't sold out to Waynes, the techs are great, but the rest of the service has gone down hill. I'll pay someone else to keep the bugs out. read more

I canceled my service because I am putting the house up for sale. They decided to come and dig up all the termite stations instead of waiting for the new owners, didn't ask for permission to come on my property. Don't use these people! Zero star rating. read more

I had Waynes for less than one season, Technician was not trained in identifying the different types of grasses and fertilized my fescue grass and burned it. The supervisor came out and said we will use this as a training opportunity but later denied they were at fault. Waynes never contacted me via email. text or letter about the army worm infestation going on everywhere to recommend inspection and or treatment so between the wrong fertilization treatment and the army worms I have lost half to two thirds of my lawn.. After having lawn treatment by them for over a year now....started Mar 2020....my lawn is worse than it was when i hired them. Patches and weeds are everywhere throughout my lawn, but front and back. I would not recommend this company at. They even mislead us on the price for the service....and even admitted during a phone conversation. STAY FAR AWAY. Neighborhood KID could do better and be cheaper. read more

We hired Wayne's last spring to update our landscaping. I wanted to hire a high quality landscaper to help with design and to make sure the job was done right. Very disappointed. The design was marginal but the worst was that they were supposed to remove the annoying Nandina shrubs and replace them with something better. They did a horrible job at this and my husband spent the rest of the summer digging the remainder of the Nandina sprouts. It was terrible because we now had to try and save the bushes Wayne's installed. This spring will need to do much of it all over. Would definitely not recommend Wayne's. read more

Horrible Service and Bad Management. We have used Wayne's for a few years and have every service they offer - lawn maintenance, pest control, yard treatment. The service has gotten worse and worse over the years and when we call to speak to someone we never get a response. When our yard got to over a foot high since they missed our regularly scheduled mowing day and we complained about it they said 'If you're that unhappy with the service you can get out of the contract with a 30 day notice'. Priceless! There are many, many other companies that provide all of these services. RUN!! Find one of the other companies that cares about their customers. We should have changed much sooner. read more

We started using them after our small dogs suddenly started having allergies after several years of using a different monthly lawn service. The dogs allergies went away and our yard looks great! read more
