As a condo owner not living in the state when the current renters call and say 'Hey I found a bug, and I have some bites on my arm," after the initial freak out, I looked online for an exterminator. Advanced Pest Control of Alabama had great reviews, and MAN do they deserve them! Within the hour I had a call from the owner, Scott. The following hour I had a team there inspecting the property. Scott and his team, kept in contact with me the whole time and explained his services as well as calmed me down from the panic. And although it was a FALSE alarm, the piece of mind knowing it was being handled was priceless. They are a service and our new goto for pest removal! Thank you, Scott and the team! read more

Although I live in Fairhope, Al, this company from Cullman was able to give me excellent service. They are honest, fair and got rid of the problem. I highly recommend them for your pest control needs. read more

I have had Termite Control contract with Cooks for about 10 years. The tech that serviced me…read moreretired and since then the service provided by Cook's has been terrible. On my recent Annual Termite Inspection, the tech took the top of the Sentricon stations, scanned the code and replaced the top. He did not inspect the bait to see if there had been any activity at the station. I called the manager at Cook's and ask what was involved with a inspection. He proceeded to tell me how they pull the bait and inspect it and if activity put in something to kill the termites. I told him that the tech did none of what he explained. He made no apology for the tech and said that the tech would return to perform the inspection. No one has ever returned the I have not heard back from Cook's. Sadly, we have to inspect what we expect. Don't assume you are getting what you are paying for with Cook's.

For one thing they DO NOT listen to their clients. I have told everyone from Cook's whom I have spoken with that I need a MONTHLY service. Or at least monthly until my situation is in control. They COULD do it, but they WON'T. They want to do what little they do when THEY want to do it and if/when they want to do it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called two weeks ago asking for help. They said they would be out next week. Next week has come and gone and I hear NOTHING! They have TWO phone numbers. They could leave a message, text, email me or send a letter. But, no - NOTHING! I have FIRED Cook's and will sign on with a company who has CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and WILL do the job! At this point, I do not care if Cook's comes back to fulfill their contract. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We called MCR to come out and take a look and they are just a great bunch of guys. They explained what they were gonna do why they were gonna do it what they found and charged a very fair price. I highly recommend using them their small business and they work hard. They have made it on my very short list of people to call when I need help. They did such a great job. I will be going to my HOA meeting to help support and promote their business. I I highly recommend them and I recommend you give them a chance. We are very pleased with their work.

I have used Advanced Pest Control of Alabama for 8 months. Scott has been fantastic. He has treated my home for pests and yard for mosquito control and I have not had a single problem in either place. Before he started treating for mosquitoes you could not walk in my yard without getting at least 5 t0 10 bites in 5 minutes. The first month he sprayed I got one mosquito bite. Since then no one has gotten a bite in my yard and I have not had a single mosquito in my home. We can now enjoy our time outside without having to use nasty sprays. I could not be happier with this business. I wish I had this kind of service with other service and repair companies for other problems. read more
