He was at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Mike was incredible. I called them this morning and they were able to send someone out to unclog our drain pan and lines in the attic to prevent the unit from overflowing and ruin our ceiling in our den or kitchen. The cost was well worth not having to fix a ceiling and paint it. We appreciate them so much for that. We've had it happen before and it was a mess. Because I asked them to leave the sewer cleanout exposed when everything was dug out and they said they would and that it might need an extension to bring it to ground level. But I get it, it wasn't in the original quote. At least now I know where it is. Are they expensive? Yes, but so is Blake Bros and Hiller and eveybody else.
