They never…read morecalled me, I had to call them. around 3 in the afternoon, on Friday, 2 Technician's helpers showed up with no tools, just a meter. The made some checks and determined my system was "out of Freon." They left about 3:30pm. They were closed for the weekend. My house is burning up. On Monday I called them and they said someone would be out that afternoon. House is getting hotter. On Tuesday I called back and they said it would be Wednesday before they would be back. I made some calls, and was able to get someone to come out. They found my system was 2lb low on Freon. Serviced my system, house is fine at 74 Deg. I called Lovelace back and fired them. They don't care about the customer. They don't treat you like your business is important to them. The lady I talked to was very nonchalant the whole time I dealt with them. Do yourself a favor and find a good company that treats the customer right.

In a panic I called three companies and left voicemails with my situation with all three, and Mike at Williams Heating and Cooling was the first one to call me back, within 10 minutes (and only one that day!). He was at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Mike was incredible. Quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me what he was doing the whole time, talked me through some options, and got us fixed within an hour and a half, probably closer to an hour. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mike and this company. I went from panicked and in a hot house to being able to focus on my wife and child in a cool house much faster than I would have expected. Yesterday the system failed to cool. I called for service. The owner Ben Rise arrived onto the property didn't respond when I greeted him" He Immediately made reference to my other unit that they did not install. I mentioned to him that I called them first for a quote and went with the best offer. After that he determined that there was a leak. I simply asked him about why a new system would have a leak. He told me that would give me freon and I could call another company to fix it. He then told me I can call his attorney when I continued to ask why this issue was occurring with a new unit and new lines. He then stormed off my property yelling and screaming at me. He then got into his truck, reeved the engine and drove down the street putting lives in danger with his reckless behavior. Needless to say, his behavior is completely unacceptable,disrespectful and unprofessional. I have referred Rise Heat and Air numerous times over the years, but would never do so after this encounter. He runs an honest good business and doesn't take advantage of his customers. This year when the units were being serviced, the heat wouldn't come on. It turns out that a power distribution box associated with the generator was broken. The heating technician was able to bypass the box to make sure the heat was working. Bobby McCormack has helped my family and several friends of mine. Once he replaced the air conditioner for a co-worker. Six months after he installed her AC, he sent her a rebate check from the manufacturer for $500. He could have kept the money for his business but he didn't. He's an honest good man.
