They never…read morecalled me, I had to call them. around 3 in the afternoon, on Friday, 2 Technician's helpers showed up with no tools, just a meter. The made some checks and determined my system was "out of Freon." They left about 3:30pm. They were closed for the weekend. My house is burning up. On Monday I called them and they said someone would be out that afternoon. House is getting hotter. On Tuesday I called back and they said it would be Wednesday before they would be back. I made some calls, and was able to get someone to come out. They found my system was 2lb low on Freon. Serviced my system, house is fine at 74 Deg. I called Lovelace back and fired them. They don't care about the customer. They don't treat you like your business is important to them. The lady I talked to was very nonchalant the whole time I dealt with them. Do yourself a favor and find a good company that treats the customer right.

That was the response I got from at least 4 other services before making my way down the list to Weaver's Appliance Repair. I was not put on hold, I was not referred to a voice menu (like SO many others), and my call was not sent to an answering service. I got a live person who listened to the symptoms of my refrigerator and told that someone would be by to see about it the next day! I was also given a window of 12:00 to 4:00 that afternoon which exceeded my expectations. Mr. Weaver went right to work and told me that I would need a new refrigerator. He also told me that he could fix it but it would be more expensive than buying a new one. He was honest, forthright, and had integrity. He looks young but is very experienced and I would not hesitate to call him again for ANY appliance repair needs that I need. You can't go wrong!!
