He finally responded and said he would deliver it on Saturday morning. I did not hear from him on Saturday morning so I reached out at 10:22am. He said to give him 30 minutes and he would head my way. He never did. My friend reached out to him at 1pm that afternoon and threatened to report the washer stolen if it was not to my house by 3pm that day. It was finally delivered at 4:45pm that day by another person. The washer is still not fixed and having the same problem. Additionally, the delivery guy was unable to get the washer started, did not have the hose, and the washer was damaged. You can see where they tried to hide the damage by painting it. The paint was still tacky when it was delivered. Do not hire this guy for anything!

They have always told us specifically what was wrong, and took care of contacting the warranty company and got our unit fixed. I called them this morning and they were able to send someone out to unclog our drain pan and lines in the attic to prevent the unit from overflowing and ruin our ceiling in our den or kitchen. The cost was well worth not having to fix a ceiling and paint it. We appreciate them so much for that. We've had it happen before and it was a mess. It's best to notice things that your main appliances are doing to keep the cost down on repairs. Lovelace Services has always been great and worked with our time schedule. I was told that is the cost of the part but the tech neglected to mention the mark up (I assume the company is to blame for this). I called the company and they said someone from the parts department would call me but they never did. The tech said it would take 20 mins to go get the part but took 1 hr and 5 mins, so rolling up the charges. 20 mins to diagnose and 30 mins to replace the part. The tech was very good at explaining the repair. The repair receipt is not itemized and part was marked up, so I can only conclude this is VERY disingenuous and will not use the company again. Total repair price was $484.07. Buyer beware!!! Response: You made one call, I returned the call and left a message. No one has called me since.
