The company said they were backed up on home generator jobs but agreed to install the Kohler generator at my home in Spring Hill, Tennessee on April 9, 2026. It was to be a "one-day" job. The date is now Thursday, April 16th and they still have not finished the work, although they did ask me to PAY MORE MONEY even though our contract calls for "balance upon completion." From the sales representative, Mike Coons to the Office Manager, Ashley, communication has been very poor. Company Reps left dirt on my driveway and in the street that I had to clean up. The job planning on behalf of company representatives has been terrible. When I asked for a "discount" on the job, the office manager balked at my request even though she is well aware that this project has been a disaster. In addition, the workers severed a lawn irrigation line on April 9 they said they would fix (but didn't), and I saw a 6-foot-tall fountain of water on Saturday morning, April 11th shooting into the sky creating a muddy mess and losing hundreds of gallons of water on the 15-minute lawn irrigation zone. From my experience, this is not a well-managed company that takes responsibility for its mistakes. Quality customer care is something they do not understand. The workers on the job admitted to me that they do not have enough people on some jobs and apologized for the shortcomings and inability or unwillingness of the company to provide its customers with sufficiently staffed labor to complete jobs. I realize that labor issues plague small businesses around the country but what I don't understand is a company like Current Electrical that does not say "I'm sorry" after botching jobs and demanding money before the job is complete in violation of our contract. Get this damn job completed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I had my first service and was 30 days late in paying the bill after misplacing it. They charged me $80 late fees on $130 bill. That's predatory. Their website states that they have been in business 38 years and yet there are only 3 testimonials. I wish I had never used this company and discourage anyone from using them. It's the principle. Spent over $10K with this company. Never late on a payment with the generator. Their website states their goal is to build trust with a company. No, their goal is to make a sale.
