We schedule for the work to start a few days later. They showed up at exactly when promised, did the work thoroughly, kept me appraised of all details while the work was being done, and the finished product shows zero evidence that anything was ever damaged or that work had been done. Everything looks good as new. They provided me pictures of the work done, and where they had made it so the water wouldn't be a problem again. Afterwards the job site was left clean as a whistle and the final invoice was exactly what they estimate said it would be. Tommy and Drew are very professional and know what they are doing. What a pleasant surprise it was to have Connor service my HVAC today!…read more Not only did he provide amazing customer service, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient enough to answer my 1,001 questions. He was a respectful young man and im so grateful he was dispatched to me today. He originally came out to perform routine AC tune-ups and help me install my new smart thermostats. Let's just say my system and wiring were enough to give anyone a headache, but Connor took the bull by the horns and got everything figured out and working properly. Even though he came out for routine AC maintenance, he also noticed something major with my furnace that could have easily gone unnoticed. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and the fact that he didn't just do the job he was called for and leave. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was safe and working the way it should. Connor is truly a blessing, and I'm so glad I found Guardian on Angi's List! He also signed me up for an annual maintenance plan at a really great price. After having Connor take care of my HVAC issues, I can honestly say Guardian has gained a long-term customer.
