What a pleasant surprise it was to have Connor service my HVAC today!…read more Not only did he provide amazing customer service, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient enough to answer my 1,001 questions. He was a respectful young man and im so grateful he was dispatched to me today. He originally came out to perform routine AC tune-ups and help me install my new smart thermostats. Let's just say my system and wiring were enough to give anyone a headache, but Connor took the bull by the horns and got everything figured out and working properly. Even though he came out for routine AC maintenance, he also noticed something major with my furnace that could have easily gone unnoticed. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and the fact that he didn't just do the job he was called for and leave. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was safe and working the way it should. Connor is truly a blessing, and I'm so glad I found Guardian on Angi's List! He also signed me up for an annual maintenance plan at a really great price. After having Connor take care of my HVAC issues, I can honestly say Guardian has gained a long-term customer. Excellent service, great communication, knowledgeable technician, and someone I would absolutely recommend! Did I mention i called last minute and they set me up with a same day appointment?

I am 110% satisfied with the services I received from Hydro Force Pressure Washing of Cartersville,…read moreGA. In less than eight hours, Ted Bailey and his small crew professionally cleaned/restored: * roofing and siding on my 3500 sq. ft. house, two large garages and a 10 X 15 storage shed * my 425 sq. ft. front porch encased with white picket fencing * a huge deck surrounding my in-ground swimming pool * my 1400 sq. ft. parking deck * sidewalks in front, side and rear of my house The detergents and cleaning solutions they used on the roofs and HardiePlank siding worked so well that only a low-pressure rinse was necessary to make everything look and smell brand new. Plus, all of their solutions are environmentally safe for plants and shrubs so there was absolutely no damage to my lawn or surrounding plants and flowers. The parking deck in front of my main garage was covered with 20 years of vehicle stains, dirt, pollen and rust stains. After spraying on some special cleaner and using a unique power scrubber, the deck looked like it had just been poured last week! I've used numerous house cleaning services over the years I've lived at this property but none other has even come close to the fantastic job performed by Hydro Force. I will forever use Phoenix electrical from now on. This year alone I have used them three times. I…read morepurchased a very old house that has turned up to have electrical problems. I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. I actually can't wait till my home warranty runs out so I can just call them every time without bothering with the home warranty people! That's just how much I love Phoenix!
