Well it did this month and after a good cry I called several companies. Choosing Weldon's Comfort was an easy choice. Tim gave me a better quote, took his time explaining my homes needs and made me comfortable with his company. He was great at communicating and made the whole process smooth. He takes great pride in his work and showed me the pictures after the install and showed me everything I should know about my new hvac,. The system that was installed is so quiet and I'm seeing way less dust! Again this is great company.

Very professional, well educated in the field, and technically trained, very polite, cleaned as they went. It looks so bright and white and clean. Very pleased.Price came in just under his estimate. They are very customer service oriented, and drive trucks with the company name and wear royal blue tshirts with the same.No magnetic signs. Brandon came to look at the job, gave me an estimate, I okayed the price,he ordered the materials, and was here yesterday and today, tearing out old, and installing the new. Could not have asked for a better company, crew, and office staff.Samantha was quick to schedule the estimate and get us on their schedule.Love working with locally owned and operated businesses. This is truly a service minded company. I would use them again if ever the need arises.

I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. I actually can't wait till my home warranty runs out so I can just call them every time without bothering with the home warranty people! That's just how much I love Phoenix!

My issue lies in that I've asked on both visits for additional work to be quoted by the tech. Not asking for it to be done that day, just to get me a price estimate to give them more work. Both techs took photos and notes, said they'd get back to me with that estimate. Nothing. Months apart, have followed up with the office requesting an update and was told the tech would get in touch with me, still crickets. Sadly I'll choose to use someone else going forward for future work on my numerous homes that actually wants the work and I'm not seen as begging to give them money I guess.

We hired Coleman Plumbing to install plumbing for one and a half bath in our addition to our home…read moreabout 2 years ago. We have repeatedly requested for him to come make repairs for at least 18 mos now. We paid Jacob Coleman (I'm sure we overpaid) $5200 bc we expected top of the line plumbing and service and he claims to guarantee his work for 5 years. In our 1/2 bath, the toilet is 5" inches away from the back wall. The toilet in our main bath is not vented and the drain passes our shower. And now our cold water pressure has severely dropped to find that our pipes are clogged with rough sawdust from him cutting unnecessarily into our joists. We have contacted him many times (at least 10) for him occasionally reply and give us a day/time that he will come, but he never shows and doesn't communicate that he's not coming either. $5K half wasted and we don't have anymore money to pay someone else to fix it.
