I called him and he was available to come out within a couple hours. When he got here and inspected the unit, he immediately identified the issue saying we had a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and had it changed out in minutes and we again had working AC. I asked him to quote some more services and his fees were more than reasonable. Based on his repair service and recommendations he quoted, I believe him to be an honest professional. I will be using SP Heating & Air for all future HVAC service and I will recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.

I found Reliable online and they had a call out fee of $89, which I know is basically my personal penalty for not knowing anything about plumbing. I set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon, knowing that I would be home. I received a courtesy call from Joe when he was on his way over. Joe was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the problem. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes, and I kind of learned how to address these types of issues in the future so I am very grateful. It stopped cooling on Thursday and after calling the earliest they could come was the following Wednesday. I waited through my noon-4 window and heard nothing. I sent a text to the scheduling line, and was told there was a scheduling issue that caused them to miss my appointment. Would have been good to know before I waited around for 4 hours. The worst part is the reschedule date I was given was the following Monday or Tuesday. Almost two weeks after my air went out. Think twice before getting locked into their comfort as a service program. My office area is far from comfortable today and their service is non existent.
