Kenny arrived as promised in the window quoted and was able to both diagnose and fix the sewage ejection pump problem the same day. I need to reiterate that this was at the very end of the day on a Friday whereas most plumbers couldn't make it out until Monday or Tuesday the following week - talk about above and beyond! He offered two different potential fixes as well as a stop gap fix in the event we wanted to delay a fix for little longer. I'm always so appreciative of someone who doesn't immediately go for the most expensive fix. Kenny really listened to our needs as we deliberated which one we were interested in moving forwards with and was never pushy. We ended up going with the full pump replacement because he had built up trust and really knew what he was talking about, so we were confident he'd do it right to produce the longest term benefit. The price was fair and the work was top notch. He fixed our problem efficiently and effectively, and described everything with the perfect level of detail. He even recommended some good preventative/damage mitigating recommendations that we could invest in ($12 water alarm from Amazon) in case an issue were to arise again in the basement. My mistake for being in a hurry and not inspecting their work closely. If you find issues later, they will not be receptive to correcting them and will get defensive. They only put vague, non-specific details in their quotes. That would be OK if they were trustworthy. They do not care about losing your business, as they do a lot of major work for the schools and other large businesses. They apparently don't care about repeat business. Our family has used them for years, but will no longer. Very disappointed in their attitude. But ultimately my fault for not inspecting the work closely and paying them. We had just bought a home in Rome, and this is our first home that had a septic tank installed rather than public sewer. We decided that it would be best to have someone come out and take a look at it, teach us if there was any maintenance needed, etc. They arrived prior to their scheduled time after calling us to make sure it was ok to do so. We shared with them our story about just moving in and that the receipt the prior homeowners gave us stating it was pumped/serviced a couple of years ago. The lead technician stated he couldn't in good conscience take our money for un-needed services, and taught us what we should look for and do to maintain a good working system. All without charging a dime. He did open the access port and took a quick look to verify that things seemed to be in good shape. They just got themselves a customer from this interaction - very pleased.

He then repeated all the information to verify that it was correct. My husband was called when he said he would be ready to go. They showed up on time. The price was accurate and the septic tank was drained. He even told my husband where to get the cover for the place in the basement a toilet would go. I would very much recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
