Their manager came to the site and reviewed the installation but left without any indication on what they would do. I had the valve replaced by the pool company. On September 26, 2025 I had plumbing work done on my clogged toilet, which caused issues with the…read moresink and bathtub. The plumber who performed the job was Jamari Winston. During the process I observed Jamari forcefully using a snake to unclog the toilet, but unfortunately, the camera broke off in the pipe during the job. Jamari claimed the toilet was unclogged; as well as the tub and sink. He also stated that he would need to return on monday to inspect something. I paid $879.00 to the company. I was not aware that the pipe was busted, but I think Jamari did before he left. The next day while using the toilet sink and bathtub I noticed a leak coming from behind the the wall in the laundry room. I called the company and spoke to a receptionist on saturday and informed her of the situation. I still had to wait until monday to get help with the problem. When Jamari arrived he went in the laundry room and I turned on the water so he could hear it flowing down. He said that he would need to assess the problem and give me a price for the job. Jamari also spoke with my brother on speaker phone and then turned to me and said you want your money back. I was shocked and said sure I want my money back, he then just left. I tried calling several times a day since then and have yet to get a call back from the company. The money was never refunded and I had to pay another plumbing company $1000.00 to fix the broken pipe and reset the toilet with new material. I also have to pay for water remediation for all the water and waste that have accumulated behind the wall from the cracked pipe. The company took pictures of the broken pipe with the snake camera hanging out. I am very very stressed about the situation. I paid plumber 4 Real $879.00 just to unclog a toilet, but instead they busted my pipe.

We hired Coleman Plumbing to install plumbing for one and a half bath in our addition to our home…read moreabout 2 years ago. We have repeatedly requested for him to come make repairs for at least 18 mos now. We paid Jacob Coleman (I'm sure we overpaid) $5200 bc we expected top of the line plumbing and service and he claims to guarantee his work for 5 years. In our 1/2 bath, the toilet is 5" inches away from the back wall. The toilet in our main bath is not vented and the drain passes our shower. And now our cold water pressure has severely dropped to find that our pipes are clogged with rough sawdust from him cutting unnecessarily into our joists. We have contacted him many times (at least 10) for him occasionally reply and give us a day/time that he will come, but he never shows and doesn't communicate that he's not coming either. $5K half wasted and we don't have anymore money to pay someone else to fix it.
