I hired TnT Plumbing to replace the sewer system at my house on Dec 18, 2017. Due to freezing…read moretemperatures and soggy ground the completion of the job was put on hold. I called several times to check on the progress and was reassured it would be completed as soon as weather permitted. Fast forward over 3 months and my yard is still a complete wreck. There are still exposed pipes, dirt piled up and old pipes laying in the yard. I waited patiently for the weather to improve and give them a chance to clean up the mess. I have tried several times to contact them with no response. My sidewalk was torn up and left in pieces. My chain link fence was ran over with equipment, bent up and left half covered with dirt as well as my landscape edging. I'm not sure what's going on, as they were highly recommended with good ratings. But it's going on 4 months looking at a trashed yard is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They were paid over $1200 for materials and labor. I've reached out to them several times in the last 4 months and they haven't even come back to clean up the old pipes they left in the yard, or fix the mess they made.
