Finding someone to do repairs is always tricky because you want fair pricing, great quality, and also people that will actually show up. For all 3 times my AC unit had issues I felt like I got the trifecta of what you want in a company. Everyone shows up, they communicate well, they explain what is going wrong, they get you on the schedule quickly, and so far no one has minded that I follow them around trying to learn more, watch what they are doing, and answering my questions. The cost is in line with what I've seen others pay online but the dependability of someone actually showing up, figuring out the issue, and being able to repair it is much better than experiences I have heard about from others. I hope to not need their services again for a long time, but I have confidence if I do need them that they'll show up and be able to help!

The best part, the next day they had an opening and came by first thing in the morning to start removing the old furnace, which was 3 days sooner than what the other companies offered! I can tell you that they are not the up and up company that you think they are. I know personally that the owner Jack pays to have the bad reviews . That I can honestly say I have a screenshot of him telling people to have their families, friends and themselves fill out good reviews so that his company will grow. This company will not last longer than maybe six months to a year. They are also installing the lowest grade AC units that they can install so they can pocket the extra and knowing that the system is not medium to a high running system, they know that there will be numerous problems and call to be able to make more money off of their customers.
