Wonderful people to work with. No high pressure sales. They were true to their word and actually installed the generator a little ahead of the timeline that they first presented. I had an issue and called the emergency line to speak to someone. The call was returned promptly even though it was after nine on a Friday night. I didn't think I would hear anything from them until Monday at the soonest. Turned out that the problem had nothing to do with the generator or the install, but the serviceman solved it for me over the phone anyway. What outstanding service! To go to the extent of talking it through with me and helping me to a solution - on a weekend to boot! That's going above and beyond. I am very pleased with the installation of my new Generac. The young men came at the time they said they would and worked like beavers all day long. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were so kind and very patiently answered my questions. It took much longer to get the generator because of what is happening in our world. When I ordered the generator, I was told that it would be a long time. When I would call to see low far down the line I was, they were very polite and truthful about how long it would be. If I had to leave a message, they always called me back. If something should happen that I need help with the unit, I'm sure I'll receive the same good services. read more

I had my generac generator installed in 2022 and I love it. The installation team from the Lacy Springs Al store did an amazing job. I would recommend this crew any day. The crew was on time and very professional in getting the job done. The crew was friendly and easy to approach and ask questions and I was given great answers to my questions. OGM, they treated me so well I can't believe it. I've had generec generator for 6 years and never had a problem. However, last week I had an oil sensor blow out. Current Electrical had a technician out within 3 days. They even moved there schedule around to help me out with the approaching bad weather. WELL DONE !!! read more
