After that the car AC stopped working and acting strange. Brought it back and was told to replace the entire AC system for another 5.5k. The first time either last year or the year before they took care of after a lot of problems for me. This time I called when I first got bill and was informed it would be taken care of. On the phone twenty minutes. Got a statement today for same bill and was on the phone for ten minutes and was told I need to go to local store to handle. I have already wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to straighten out their problem. I am going to store, which for me is another 30 minutes minimum. Seems like they could hire people that would know how to deal with problems instead of people that do not care. I would not recommend dealing with NAPA.
