I have gave this place business several times and usually no one is in the office, as they are busy in the shop. I get that, which why they have a bell at the front desk. I walked in today and Rand the bell twice. A lady was parking as I came in and rang the bell a few minutes after me. Mind you, I was waiting for about 5 mins and then the guy came from the back and started helping her while I have been waiting for a while. They carried on a conversation in their language like I was not even there! Seems like they now only want to do business with their "own ethnicity" which is very unwelcoming and racist if you ask me. Surprised that no one has left a review or even added this business. This is literally the hidden Ancient Chinese secret that no one else knows about except everyone who is asian and their parents. Okay, enough of that. I've been going to this shop for maybe 4-5 years now getting oil changes. I'm not sure who the owner is, but one of the main mechanics there (his name is Andrew) is very honest, straight forward, and always does a great job. We've had all 4 vehicles serviced and inspected there (3 Camrys, 1 Prius). Most auto shops or auto centers always give me the run about my car saying that there needs to be work done here or work done there. Andrew, has always been honest and upfront and the best part is, he explains thoroughly the work, the procedures, but also the real cost of what it would take to do car maintenance. This is true car service at its finest. I'd recommend anyone planning to get an oil change to try this place out. Usually for a change in synthetic oil should always be roughly about $40. That price from all the years I've been there has never fluctuated and it's always nice to have him be able to let me know what work might need to be done in the future and that's what I've always appreciated. Tucked away from the main streets (it's on Millard Dr by 14th Street), these mechanics has always been honest with the current condition of my car. Oil change is relatively cheap. I didn't take note, but all prices are including taxes. Beats the prices of major places like NTB, Firestone, etc. Not going to lie, the waiting area is not fancy. No teevee or free coffee. At least you know part of your money is used to pay for the coffee and magazines. I recently upgraded from a '97 Camry to a '12 Corolla. I bought it used at 36700 miles. I was not aware of the 30 60 90 k miles guidelines of transmission fluid change advised, and of course, it wasn't done when the I got the car. Here, I got my transmission fluid changed, a/c and air filter changed for good price. Happy! Would most definitely head over here for my regular oil change. We have used A+ for several years and keep going back because as we have paid of newer model cars and/or the warranty has expired, we could never get the service from a car dealer that we got from A+ on our older model cars. We have put three children through college using older cars that were serviced at A+ and NEVER were we overcharged, nor was un-needed service preformed. We have found them to be honest to a fault. If something is squeaking and it's simple they tell me the simple truth rather than replacing parts that don't need replacing. I could go on and on. If you want a decorator showroom and tidy uniformed mechanics don't go there! But if you want a crew that is absolutely trustworthy and honest, this is the right mechanic. They will not charge you $$$ to tell you nothing is really worng with your car, either. If it's basically a rattle, that's what you hear from their lips. If it's going to cost you $$ and the fix is nice but absolutely necessary, they will ask whether you want to keep the car for a period of time, or just save your money and use it toward another car in the future. We have now gone to them for about 6 years and have NEVER been decieved. When we needed a special part, they tried till they got it, and did not overcharge us. We've referred countless friends to them, and they have never complained they were inept or unreasonable about anything.
