When we called him out to measure and give us an estimate, we were so happy to find out that the floor we had put in a couple of years ago was still available. We finally decided to tear out all the carpet and put in the same flooring that we had put in a couple of years ago in our kitchen, bathrooms, and dining room. However I was going to be out of town but Ron (project manager) went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during my absence. He checked in on the project daily and sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day which helped eased my stress tremendously. Ron is amazing!
