He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

It all started after my dad contracted it in his nursing home and unknowingly passed it to us. Tragically, he passed away last Christmas Eve, and we thought the problem was resolved. I'm an RN and understand how serious scabies can be once it's in your home, but my mom and brother hadn't told me they were still itching. So basically, scabies had been silently breeding and festering in our home for months. I called a few cleaning companies, but none of them had any knowledge about scabies--until I reached out to Coit in Modesto. Sean Graf, their cleaning consultant, knew exactly what to do and came out the same day to help. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great price. My elderly mom is very stubborn--nobody tells her what to do (lol)--but Sean managed to explain everything to her in such a kind and convincing way that even she listened! Shortly after, technicians Nate Graf and Rob Taylor came out and did an amazing job. They didn't just help us eradicate the scabies--they worked tirelessly to clean wine stains off mattresses and made our 30-year-old country carpet look brand new.
