I…read moretried their services for the first time this week; I took advantage of their free pickup/delivery (please tip the staff!! they are amazing!) and set a laundry bag of dirty clothes out per my pickup schedule through the site. I had my clothes back, beautifully folded and neatly placed in plastic bags that were contained in my laundry bag the next day. Totally going to use this service more regularly especially since booking is easy. Thank you!

Very clean laundromat…read more Washers work great but not so much the dryers. I don't know how much I spent total to get my clothes to fully dry. They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.

I came in to drop off a dress shirt for cleaning, upon drop off the shirt has a bunch of brown stains , which I have asked let's try to clean and get the stains removed. But upon receiving my shirt the owner was being questionable asking me how did I get brown stains on my shirt and that my shirt was very fragile and the material was very delicate. They couldn't clean the stains which is just fine but they return my shirt with two giant holes just torn. Upon asking how my shirt got to that condition the owner said she does not know and proceeded to ripe the whole even bigger. I ended up just keeping my mouth shut and she said due to the incident she didn't charge my dry cleaning bill of $26 but I still had some uneasiness about my whole shirt being wreaked. Upon bringing it up to my other dry cleaner they said the shirt was mishandled and must of snagged into the machinery they were using to clean my shirt. I'm just at a loss to argue with the store. But I urge anyone considering bringing their nice clothes to clean at this establishment just to stay away unless you want to risk your clothes being mangled.

They of course charged me for both but then they will rewash for free. I don't understand how this place has lines out the door. They will mess them up and you will pay for the first mess up but the second wash is free. I will NOT trust them again with my expensive items again.

I was devastated because I had received this sweater as a gift. I immediately decided to go to a dry cleaners because I am not a professional stain remover (especially for wool). I live close to this cleaner so I decided to go and I was glad to have trusted my instinct. The stain is completely gone and the sweater isn't overstretched or shrunk (see pictures!)
