The total was $92 for two pedicures with regular polish, not including tip. I'm not sure what the going rate for pedicures now a days but $45 for a regular pedicure seems a bit high. I had a colour change on my feet done and it looks very sub-standard. The nail polish bottle was dry and the technician had a hard time applying it. I could not see very well the final result. When I came outside I saw how un-even and choppy it looks and went back suggesting they apply another coat to even it out. The owner just said it's because your nail is not smooth and that was the end of it. No suggestion to correct or even sorry. Said next time use a different colour (not metallic). The girls the accommodated me and my 8 yr old, and the girl stayed after closing for me. My nails w were awesome! One wierd thing I noticed was the first girl started my nails and then in the middle abruptly got up and switched to another girl- no warning or explanation. Strange but ok. The day before yesterday I went for the second time. I went as a walk in, and the girl seemed a bit off from the beginning. Why I'm giving three stars is because I'm happy with the nails, the attitude I got was not ok. She seemed bitchy and at one point she was pointing out that she had to change my mail as the last person did it crooked, she said. She began the facial service. The steam stopped, she came back about 5 minutes late, she said she didn't hear the alarm. The service was OK, finished at 4:55pm. It was only about 65 minutes not 90 minutes as they said. Cost $110 plus tax and tips $130. 50.

Also I need about that long to pick a colour which I did while I waited. I went in for a new set of acrylic nails. I haven't had my nails done in about a year and it was time. Nancy is amazing. She did my nails and spent so much time on shaping them and making them perfect. They are the most beautiful almond shape. Easily the best shaped nails I've had, and under 100 dollars for a new set with tip and special chrome powder on each. Unfortunately my phone can't capture the colour (a sort of greige with chrome purple on top) but my nails are stunning and I couldn't be happier I will be back !

When I politely asked for the water to be changed because it had become too cool, she seemed reluctant to do so and made very little effort to communicate with me in English, which made me feel discomfortable. In addition, the foot and leg massage that I expected as part of the service I booked was NONE. Throughout the appointment, I was repeatedly encouraged to purchase additional services for an extra charge. While I understand that businesses may offer upgrades, I felt the focus was more on selling additional services than on providing the relaxing and attentive experience I had booked. I also had concerns about the hygiene standards. After the previous customer finished, I noticed that only the plastic liner in the foot bath was replaced, and I did not observe the foot bath tub being sanitized before the next customer's service. I also observed staff wearing the same gloves from one customer to another without changing them. In addition, some staff members wore masks while others did not. I was also disappointed with the reception and payment experience. The staff member responsible for greeting customers and processing payment came across as dead fishes and the payment process felt more like money collector. No consistent uniform or professional appearance, which gave the business a lazy and disorganized impression. Throughout my visit, there was very limited English communication, and most conversations among the staff were conducted in Vietnamese. Overall, i would suggest to pass this business based on my experience.
