He said he would send someone out ASAP. 25 MINUTES LATER a truck shows up. The tech Alex was polite, friendly and professional. Turns out the generator was left off by the last guys to come out. He fixed the problem and tested the switch before he left. IT IS VERY RARE these days to find a company that provides such excellent and FAST service AND there was no charge for the visit. Paid him $2875.00 He fixed one unit that took him less then 10 minutes to swap out part. He said he had wrong parts for the other 2 units. One week goes by then 2 weeks, then a month then 2 months 3 month 4 months from December 1st this has been going on. He kept telling me the parts are on the way. I got the parts myself in 2 days and had another company install them. $202 part, I needed 2 for a total of $404.00 and install cost $266.00. He will not refund me the money for the 2 units he did not fix. I took him to small claims court and he did not show up! Judgement was against him. Stay away!
