My kitchen faucet desperately needed repair and a few valves needed replacement. Sam was able to fix all my issues quickly. Additionally, my toilet had a tricky, slow leak. Thankfully Heath came by to take a look, and he did a great job fixing it. I'd definitely call them back in a heartbeat for any future plumbing issues. read more

I thought my drains were getting clogged up due to how they were draining slowly in my kitchen and shower. I looked online for a plumber and A-List Plumbing had excellent customer feedback, so I had a good feeling from the reviews and decided to go with them. Jason came out and did a thorough inspection and found that there wasn't a problem with my drains. He explained that the type of drain stopper in my bathroom makes it slower to drain, and the kitchen was due to the disposal not running. He did a quick adjustment and got the disposal up and going again. I asked how much I owed and he said that there was no charge. I came here to leave the a well deserved five star review because it was the least I could do for the kindness shown. I am so unbelievably grateful that I went with A-List. As a newly single older lady who has no clue about house stuff, I am relieved to know I now have a trustworthy plumber to call when the need arises. In this day and age, it's rare to find companies like this. Thank you Jason and everyone at A-List! read more

After a fair amount of work, we received a call back from someone and they explained they hadn't charged us for all their work. A full year after the service calls, I was unable to confirm or deny. Eventually, they reversed the extra charges to my credit card. It seems they have good plumbers, but the office staff could improve their customer service. read more

I had some nasty drainage issues and Heath was very responsive, diligent and thorough in his repair. He cleared the drain that was trickier than what any simple snake could do...mine required more of a python :/. Heath gave me information on my pipes for future reference so I'd know potential vulnerable spots. He was careful to clear the drains using methods that would not jeopardize the structure. He also did not push for large scale repairs prematurely and charged fairly. Happy and relieved customer...highly recommend :) read more

A pipe at our house burst on December 23rd in the late afternoon. A-List plumbing was the only company we found that was willing to help us fix the pipe so we could turn our water back on before Christmas Eve. Heath came exactly when he said he would arrive and was quick to fix the issue. As first time home owners, he was also very kind in explaining what he was doing, what we can do if similar issues arise in the future, and how to avoid issues. They saved our Christmas Eve and for a reasonable price (which they were upfront about as the minimum given it was an emergency call). Thank you Heath and the A-List plumbing crew! read more

We needed toilets put in and plumbing installed for a utility sink in our laundry room. Sam arrived early and was very thorough and professional. I would definitely use A-list again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for the great service! read more

Jason did a great job on replacing the supply lines and shower mixer after 80+ years. Excellent, professional job without disturbing any tile work. This time Jason replaced the 80+ year old toilet with an unusual supply line at the top of the tank. An additional challenge was replacing the flange so that the toilet could be firmly attached to the tile floor. Very satisfied with the result. read more

Great friendly service, communicative, reasonable rates. They were able to accommodate us within a couple of days. Did not try to upsell anything. Heath was awesome, super friendly with our 5 yr old too. Will call them again. read more

I learned of a water leak from my outrageous water bill, but wasn't sure where to start. I was referred to Heath and A-List from a friend that is a real estate agent. Heath helped me (taught me) how to troubleshoot the issue and narrow it down over the phone. Unfortunately, it was somewhere in the main line outside of the house. Heath came by and helped me narrow down the 'maybe' area, and then I did the digging to find the leak to save time and money. I got lucky and found it without tearing up my whole yard, thanks to Heath's advice, and exposed the leaking pipe. The next morning one of Heath's employees, Sam, came by and had it fixed within two hours. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Excellent price. read more

The A-List team from initial call to the end of their work was top-notch and professional! The team completed a re-pipe and an update of our city mainline for a great price. The work was done as promised and even when a new problem cropped up at the end, they stayed late to problems solve and fix it. I highly recommend A-List! read more

Great plumbing service company. We've worked with A List Plumbing a few times over the years and they're always able to get the job done quickly and cost effectively. From simple drain cleaning issues, to replacing water heaters, I highly recommend these guys if you're in the market for a reliable plumber. read more

Luckily these guys (Heath) is located not too far away from my home. I was having a really hard time with a flange install that was going into concrete.. I spent a few hours screwing with it before looking for a plumber. Heath was out to my place the next day, right on the dot. I figured I'd be paying for at least 3 hours of work.. He was done with the flange fix, and toilet install in 55 minutes. After that I had him look at my sink drain install which was leaking. He cut the existing all out and fitted it the right way with minimal turns. It's been almost two weeks now, zero problems.. Also gave me a quick quote on some work I want done in the other bathrooms.. all in all, he was here for a bit over 2 hours and even gave me a deal on the labor. I've done floors, electrical, painting, roofing, landscaping, drywall, etc.. I always have problems with plumbing. Definitely calling them back and I've recommended them to a few of my friends now as well. read more

If I could give Heath and A List 10 stars I would! We've had him out to three separate locations to do a variety of jobs. Every time, I've worked with Heath and his assistant Brie to let them know what is going on. He's always done the work is LESS time than what I'd expect, and his work is top notch. The last time I had him out for a separate issue, I had him take a look at a shower that was making some noise thinking that we had some time to fix the issue. Since that time, Heath had ordered the part needed from the manufacturer for free. When the time came that the sound was getting louder & I called to have him out again, Heath installed the part at no charge. I couldn't believe him when he told me that. I can't recommend the team at A List enough, they're definitely my go to for plumbing needs. read more

Great communication from ther office, friendly and clean plumbers. Great work. Will be going back to these guys in the future.

Great guy, great work, great customer service. Hire him for all your heating and plumbing needs!

My hot water heater flooded my basement. I called a few different plumbing companies to get bids on immediate work. One quoted me $2,600 to replace my hot water heater. Sam and Brian changed my hot water heater that afternoon for $1,400. They were friendly and efficient. I'll be referring them to clients moving forward! read more

Highly recommend Heath and his team at A-List Plumbing. We've used them for remodels on two different houses now, and they were great to work with each time. I appreciate that Heath always makes sure that things are done correctly. I recommend them to anyone that has plumbing needs. read more

Had a great experience with Heath from A-List plumbing. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Heath was able to make the fixes needed quickly and also took the time to educate me on some questions I had regarding other plumbing related topics I had. What great service and hard work, had a party and there was an issue with my toilet system. Came in and provided top notch service, also did some amazing work on a remodel! Can't ask for a better Plumbing service! They go above and beyond, I love Stone, what a friendly dog! read more

We definitely recommend A-List Plumbing, they get a five star rating, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Heath was courteous, honest and professional. I called a couple of plumbers prior to finding A-List Plumbers on YELP. Heath's quote beat the others. He completed the job as quoted with no additional charges and no surprises. I will call on A-List should any further plumbing needs arise and I suggest you do the same. They can be trusted. read more

Heath is one of the owners with A-List Plumbing & Heating and we are thrilled to be able to find them! We've been experiencing low water pressure for several weeks now and after talking to the water company, and realizing we have a PRV, we thought the PRV was going bad and this was causing the issue. However, Heath first checked the valve to the main water line to see if there was an issue with that since he knew we were remodeling...and low and behold, the mainline water was not turned up all the way. (Contractor's fault!) I offered to pay Heath for his time coming out here and he said not to worry about it, that he was glad it was something so simple. We have some other plumbing work that needs to be on one of our rental houses and we are definitely going to be having A-List perform that work as well. I highly recommend A-List. Heath was responsive, fair and just generally a nice guy! Thanks to Health and the A-List team for your help. it's nice to now have a plumber we can trust for any issues that may arise in our properties. read more

Lots of smaller projects described herein. Let me describe my experience with A-List and Heath on a bigger project. When my sewer backed up I called one of the reputable big names in the area and they gave me a quote over $10k. No one wants to bury ten thousand dollars in the ground so I got a price from A-List. I'll just say it was considerably less - including replacement of water line while the yard was torn up. Everything everyone has said about Heath is true. He is courteous, professional, on-time, and on-budget - not to mention he is a really nice guy. My project lasted two days but out of service times were minimal for both water and sewer. No one ever calls a plumber because they want to but if you're interested in working with someone who will make the experience as pleasant and cost-effective as possible, I highly recommend A-List. I'm confident you won't be sorry. read more

Heath and Andre plumbed my whole salon!! They were fast and new how to work with our budget. The faucet in our bathroom sink was leaking. We were worried the entire fixture would have to be replaced....nice & expensive. We called A-List Plumbing & had a technician at our condo that afternoon. Heath arrived & looked at the faucet & instead of recommending that we replace the entire fixture, he suggested that we replace a faulty part. Yes!!! This saved us a lot of money. The part was ordered & when it arrived, Heath came back & replaced the part with no issues. Plumbing problems can get pricey, but A-List rates were very reasonable & for the money we saved, it was worth every penny. Nice to work with a company you can trust. We'll definitely be using A-List in the future for any plumbing issues. read more

I can't say enough positive things about Heath! He's fast, knowledgeable, highly-skilled, polite, and completely fairly priced just to name some. My wife and I purchased a new home and quickly found out our kitchen sink didn't drain properly. After calling Heath he was able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem and fix some smaller issues, then came back the very next day to replace a big piece of clogged cast-iron pipe, all for considerably less than I thought it would cost. He was even super nice to the Furnace repair guy who he had to work around. While I don't want to have to call Heath again, I'm MORE than happy to should have any kind of plumbing question or need in the future! read more

Heath and Andre were profession and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, plus these are dudes you kinda just want to hang out and have a beer with. And there was no plumbers crack to be had. read more

I replaced a sink myself but underestimated the under sink work. The water pipes kept leaking. So i called for rescue. Luckily Heath was available on the same day. He came on time and fixed the problem right away. He then inspected the rest of my plumbing system and gave me some very useful advice. Thank you! read more

TL;DR These guys are good. get them. longer version I just had a bathroom sink leak repaired today. The leak happened 2 days earlier around 1 PM and I called about 7-8 plumber businesses but no one was available to look at it same day. after some more calls I finally had a company scheduled for 4-5PM, but they later called around 3 saying they couldn't make it. After a few more calls I found another company (a major one) who said they could look at it around 5-9 PM. After waiting for an hour for them to show up, I called the dispatch again only to learn that they couldn't come out that night. It was a bummer (specially because my main shut off valve wasn't completely stemming the flow of water). but "luckily" I had a third company booked tentatively for the following morning. They showed up next day, after spending about half an hour looking at it, the guy tells me that he would have to cut out portion of the pipe and add an extension and new valve but he doesn't have the appropriate extension/joint for the low quality pipe I have. so he went off to get the part and gave me a ridiculous estimate which I still signed because I felt so helpless. He comes back 30 minutes later with the valve and starts looking at the leak again. after some 30 more minutes and a call with his boss he told me he couldn't actually get the job done today because my main shutoff isn't stopping all the water. he said they would first need to fix the shutoff but to be able to do that I need to call my city office and have them come over to shutoff the water to the whole building (I live in a 3-house townhome unit). and he leaves scheduling a followup appointment for next day. by this time I was super worried. luckily the city officials were super co-operative and sent a crew out to get an idea of my situation. the technician comes into my house looks at the trickle of water that kept coming in and asks "did you try running the water spigot outside on the first floor". obviously this sounds pretty obvious but it didn't cross my mind or the plumber's . the technician turns on the spigot and my waterflow upstairs stops, so the repair could have been done. furthermore I really didn't need the main valve fixed as well as the technician tells me I just probably needed to twist it on/off a few times for it to sit correctly. after this experience I got really frustrated and call A-List based on a friend's suggestion. They scheduled for next day (today) and Heath came out right on time at 11. he first thought it was just an issue with the stop. so he switched out for an angle stop but after running the water for a while we noticed there was still a leak from a tiny hole in the pipe. so he had to cut out that portion of the pipe and installed the angle stop again. and at least till now (been few hours; fingers crossed) it looks like the problem is solved. after he was done with this job so quickly I asked him to change out the components of a old toilet tank as well. he readily agreed and initially told me there was a flat charge for things like that, I still agreed as I had a pretty bad experience trying to do it in another bathroom before. Heath was done with it in 20 minutes and the whole visit just lasted 1.5 hrs. He goes out to make a receipt but comes back with a pleasant surprise! he wouldn't charge me for the toilet fix (the flat charge portion of it).. Instead he just billed me for his 1.5 hrs! The price was more than reasonable. and honestly I would have happily paid that much (on top of his regular repair costs) just for how courteous and honest he was . All in all I am still in a pleasant shock at how well it went with Heath and A-List. If he wanted he could've easily milked me for some serious money as I was already in a panic after the events of the last two days. but he was such a nice honest gentleman. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. obviously I have to wait a few days/weeks to really vet that the fix made stood the test of time but at least know that you wouldn't be cheated out of money! read more

I have hired A-List Plumbing twice now for a variety of jobs and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very professional with reasonable rates. Seems like a lot of companies today don't care about being on-time, Heath always arrives when he says he will which is very appreciated! read more

I was referred to A-List Plumbing & Heating by a friend. Heath was expeditious with his call back to me to find out what plumbing issues I had. I was 5 days without my disposal and sink so he was extremely efficient in scheduling an appointment to fix my pluming isssues. Upon answering the door, he greeting me with a smile and his business card which established trust with me, a new client. His friendly demeanor and professionalism won me over with his trustworthiness. His estimate was accurate with what my cost ended up being. He has a great work ethic and pride in his work so I certainily recommend him to anyone who is in need of plumbling and drain cleaning. You won't be sorry! read more
