ABSOLUTELY phenomenal experience here! I needed a pair of jeans hemmed, no rush but wasn't going to complain if she could get it done same day. I brought my jeans in after a phone call to make sure she was open at around Noon - it was about $10 for the alterations. She has a couple of rooms you can go in and put on your clothing and she will then measure; and my jeans were hemmed - on a Saturday within 3 hours :) She did an excellent job and is super personable, I will absolutely come back here in the future :) They do accept credit card as well but we paid cash! read more

I cannot even begin to describe my experience here at A Fitting Tailor. My bridesmaids dress was too big in the straps too long in length and too tight in the waist. She told me everything they would do to fix it and when I came to pick it up, I was still unhappy. I explained it wasnt their fault. The dress sat in a weird place and it wasn't flattering and she worked on it after hours and I picked it up within the same day. The dress was an entirely different dress (in a good way) I couldn't have been more happy with the way it looks. Thank you so much! We took a prom dress to be hemmed. When my daughter picked the dress up, she paid 95 dollars. The hem was very uneven. Now even if the hem was fixed, it would be to short. I went back and they did return the 95 dollars. Problem is it's a Sherri Hill dress that you can sell on eBay and make some of your money back. Not anymore read more

Needed a pair of pants hemmed quickly because I was going to a wedding the same day. Went in and told them I needed it right away and she said no problem. Handed them to the guy sewing and finished in under ten minutes. $10.00 and out the door, can't ask for anymore then that. read more

Ok - i've been taking all of my tailoring needs to this Taylor for about three years, shirts sport coats etc. I must say they do a fantastic job on tailoring and custom fitting my dress shirts I've also taken dress slacks and they have done a pretty good job on those also. But my one big disappointment was when I took in a double breasted blazer I needed it to be let out a little bit(I gained a few pounds) and what was done was they just move the buttons over a little bit to take up the extra room that I needed for at the button without being too tight!! So now it looks more like a single breasted not a double breasted blazer so I just gave up on it and donated it to Goodwill!! All and all I would have given them A five star rating if it wasn't for the total screwup they did on my jacket!! read more

The fitting tailor is great! They are always friendly and helpful. In a pinch, they can get it done overnight or sooner! Their work is outstanding and affordable. I'm so glad I found them! Went here to get my wedding dress altered. I needed the neck line brought in, the length shortened, and the straps adjusted. She took her time with getting everything pinned when we went in and made sure I was comfortable. I just picked it up today and it is amazing. You can't tell it was altered and it fits so much better now. I highly recommend them. The price was really reasonable for the amount of work and the quality. I just went in today to get a quick fix on some shorts that were falling apart and she did it on the spot in 2 minutes and didn't charge me at all--definitely the only alterations place I'll continue to go to! read more

I called a few different places in Roseville and these guys were the most reasonably priced, and got me in that day while others told me I couldn't even drop the dress off for at least a week. They do great work but someone needs to vacuum that floor! The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they moved in!
