What can I say that everyone else hasn't lol. My dad and I came in with a smaller job. We needed to make about 100 copies of achievement certificates. The sheet we came with was color. In all honesty, we came in with the mindset of color copies because that's what we always do. We also brought in our own colored paper. The nice man, Rojeh I'm assuming, told us that the color is 25 cents, and the black 6 cents. He said try one copy of the black see how it looks! And we agreed and it looked great! He said see, saved you a bunch of money, the black looks good against the pink paper! Why did I tell you all the whole story? Because he could have encouraged us to do the color copy and made much more money.. but this is how honest and humble people stand out in a crowd. I really hate to be that person that comes crawling in 15 minutes before closing with a ton of work. I had 8 packages that needed to be sent via certified mail that day, and the post office had already closed. I phoned this location, and the person working said he would happily help out. I told him I felt awful, but Rojeh was so gracious and helped me with a smile. He really knows his stuff, and even pointed out that one of my packages was a little lighter than the other 7 (only 8 sheets of paper lighter, but he knows his stuff so well that he brought it to my attention) that just shows he has a keen eye for his business. My packages often get sent here when they cannot be delivered to my apartment. On one occasion I was RACING to get there before they closed. Oh my goodness... the BEST customer service I have experienced in my life. Seriously! Backstory: I missed an important (perishable) package from UPS (for a charity event) and A-Express Copy is a drop off for missed packages. I contacted them to see if the package had arrived. They were beyond helpful in suggesting I call the local UPS facility and confirming the package will indeed be taken to this location before they close. Once I confirmed the package was indeed at A-Express - I headed over to pick it up. I was greeted with an extremely friendly gentleman. He briefly checked my I.D. and handled me the package. I don't think I've gone to a copy place in about 10 years, maybe even longer! However, my daughter's school project which she (...I) worked on so hard certainly needed to be laminated and kept in the annals of time. Checking on Yelp to see where I could sneak off during my lunch break, A-Express had the right location and rating to satisfy my needs. Like everyone else says, great customer service! Although no one was behind the counter when I initially walked in, all was great when the owner came out. He was easy to work with right away. I explained the laminating I wanted done and he explained that they have these laminate sheets that they put over paper and then it heats up. I know nothing about laminating so this sounds fine to me. As the project sheets was bigger than the laminate sheets, he trimmed down the project which was fine by me as well. He was in the middle of a big job but said he'd have it done within an hour. Haha, no problem! I thought he wouldn't have it done till the next day! Came back on my way home and picked it up. Everything was laminated, in the right order and coil bound. My only beef is that it wasn't very flat. It was quite bumpy and faded the color of the black construction paper. It looked good though. Pricing was pretty cheap and the shop is located in a strip mall that has a Smart & Final, CVS, and other useful shops all throughout so there is a lot of parking in the parking lot, just maybe not right in front of A-Express. I'd come again just based on the customer service. read more
