I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but better late than never. I would absolutely recommend A D Window services to anybody who needs a quick, quality window repair. I had 2 broken windows (in consecutive months in the dead of winter) that had to be addressed immediately due to safety issues with my son. I contacted Daniel both times and he provided same day services in both occasions. He was quick, very efficient and was more than reasonable with his pricing, especially since the replacement windows were polycarbonate. The single hung spring balance on two of my windows in the living/dining area was broken due to regular use. Called AD Windows for a quote. Daniel showed before time and provided a quick estimate. I was having trouble locking one of my windows. A D Window Services came out in less than 24 hours - on a Saturday morning. Of course, when the service person tried to lock the window it worked. Rather than just roll his eyes at me and leave he took the time to show me how the frame of the window had shifted due to the house settling. He then explained how to manipulate the window so that it would latch every time. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to fully explain what was going on. I had sliding doors rubbing against each other. Called few repair shops and they all wanted to charge more than $100 to just come and see it. Any repairs would be extra. I called Daniel and he showed up on time for a free estimate. He was smart and polite. In just 2 minutes he figured out what was wrong then went ahead and fixed it. It was early, however, I was so greatful to take because of the cold weather. Alvaro arrived promptly at time we arrange and he went to work on trying to assess the issue. Awesome service, great communication, reasonably priced, and friendly as can be!!!! Alvaro was the technician that came out to our home. He came out personally to look at our original single pane aluminum framed window to do the measurements for a quote I requested. He did not ask for any money to do the quote and was able to send me the price that same day. After fighting with our Homeowners Insurance company I was able to let Alvaro know we would like him to do the work for us. He was able to work with our schedule and even showed up early on the day he was to do the work. All in all the work was quick and professional, they even took the old broken glass with them which was great! I did ask him to look at our sliding door too as we are having an issue with the handle which he said he can look into getting a replacement part for.
