I had to talk to them 3 times to get them to start playing a game that was causing issues. I also asked if they could try swapping out parts to try and find a hardware issue, and I was told they could. When I picked it up the second time all they said was, yea we ran it for a while and it didn't crash. Nothing about swapping parts to test different hardware components. I won't be taking it back a 3rd time because I have no faith that they'll be able to figure anything out and I've already spent $250 for them to just reinstall some drivers and windows. Oh and when they reinstalled windows I had to then reinstall critical drivers for my cpu and gpu. The hard drive was failing and an IT tech recommended having it "imaged," which would result in an exact duplicate that would not require any software reauthentication. He also recommended Tech Care as the folks to do it. They initially tried doing an automatic imaging, which didn't take, so they attempted to manually image it and were successful. The computer now has a more reliable SSD drive (no moving parts) and it indeed works exactly as it used to (only faster). They replaced my hinges, fixed the placement of some of the parts that were out of place and keeping motherboard exposed, and created a fill for the parts that had broken off. Opens and shuts extremely smoothly, I almost forget how janky it was just a month ago.
