These are important items and I don't trust any of the local dry cleaners. I dropped the items off before my trip to Mexico and I received a text less than 24 hours later. The quality of the cleaning was amazing. These items had been part of a traveling historical display and had become dirty and quite frankly, I thought one was a lost cause. All items were spotless and I am extremely pleased. The price for cleaning was extremely fair and given up front so there were no surprises at pick up time.

I reach out one week later to ask if they are ready and he tells me they aren't but that they will be ready 12/3. I was busy the week of 12/3 so I reach out on 12/8 to see if I can pick them up and he tells me they still aren't ready because his cobbler has been busy. I ask him to please have them ready by 12/12 and when I pick them up today they aren't exactly what I asked for. I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.

I returned back an hour later and they advised me I could either take my clothes back as is or get a refund but no credit or discount would be provided to compensate for the inconvenience - cannot rely on timely service if you need something done in a timely manner. After returning back four separate times with additional delays I was finally able to retrieve my items and the representative Tony had a poor attitude with very little empathy for my time or money. I won't be returning with such little importance on customer service and satisfaction.

Never did he say that he was going to charge me 40% more for his profit?! Also, the jacket came worse than it was the smell of being in a suitcase was still there. It came full of cat/dog hair on the inside ?!! and even the buttons still had the foil around it. ?! The only thing he offered was to send it back again and I told him ,no thank you.

The lady working the front is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. There is a way to speak to people, especially paying customers, and her attitude was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the pricing is extremely frustrating. I was given a price, and that price was written on my receipt. When I came back to pick up my clothes, suddenly the price was different. How does that make any sense? If you quote a customer a price and write it on their receipt, that should be the price they pay. I'm completely disappointed with this place and will be taking my business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this cleaners to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
