I called and the woman on the phone didn't know what the fees were when I asked her, so she put me on hold to find out, then she came back and gave me a sq foot price and quoted a general price based on my sq ft. I asked her if anyone could come out that week, and she put me on hold, then came back with "Yes, they could." I then calculated the sq foot price myself and realized that the price was really high and much higher that she calculated, and asked if they could come out to do an estimate since I live in carson, and she put me on hold for a while, then came back and said that they would charge me for coming out to do a estimate. I got their number from a company who cleaned my carpets. I called Martin and Monica and she told me she would be at my place the next day between 8:00am-8:30am to clean for 2 hours. I requested for them to clean 2 bathrooms and the kitchen for 2 hours. I asked her if two hours is okay and she said yes. I arrived at 8am and waited patiently. 8:10 came around then 8:20 and then I told myself I'm going to call them exactly at 8:30. So 8:32 rolls around and I call Martin and Monica. Martin picks up and he said the girls are on there way. I waited around a little longer. 8:45 rolls around and by now I'm pissed. I told myself I would give them until 9 then I would call and cancel. THUS BEHOLD at 8:57 she calls me saying she's here. Bout time she parked and brought all her stuff up it's about 9:30 something. Her friend gets there at like 9:45 and they didn't start cleaning until 10am. Wait... so you mean she told me she was going to arrive between 8-8:30 and she didn't get there until 9? You mean she didn't even start cleaning until 10? Yes to both questions. So right off the bat I already was in a fowl mood before they got there. Did they do a good cleaning job. It was okay. Just mediocre. I looked at the faucet in the kitchen and I asked her if she was going to clean it. Like HOW do you forget the faucet. The stove was cleaned very well and the bathrooms too. Loved the owner and is friend who cleaned my tile floors last Friday, 8/17/18. The tiles in my apartment bathroom are over 80 years old mosaic black and white bathroom tiles and they were so dirty my husband and I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on them. However, when the owner cleaned and sanitized then he pulled so much dirt out that we now feel totally comfortable. I will hire him to come clean them once a year. Additionally, he told me about the different issues with my vintage bathroom and instructed me to tell my landlord about the problems. After speaking to him, I had the confidence to ask my landlord to refund me for the tile cleaning work that All Points did. If I could give a Negative Star I would. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow it. Let me try to get straight to my dismay. I have used this company 1 time previously to clean 1 sofa and I was charged $120 (expensive but I paid it) I called again and made an appt with the owner for today. When I called and made my appt I made sure and advised him that I have previously used them before. He asked what he charged me i said $120 (i have a copy of the cashed check) he said he would look in his files. Anyway the appt was today, and if I wouldn't have called to confirm my appt today they would have not came because he thought we were scheduled for Wednesday. The fact that he forget our appt today and showed up late is not even why am extremely bothered by this company. The issue that has me pissed Is the fact that he walked in my house looked at my sofa that has water/beer stains (in two places, pics attached) and quotes me $144 to clean 1 sofa, yes 1 sofa. Then he had the audacity to say he would charge me $30 for each of the pillows (the back part of sofa) i was ummm this is part of the sofa these are not decorative pillows he said he was giving me a good price of $30 each (3 @ $30 each) I repeated what he was quoting me just to make sure i was on the same page with him. He said $18 a foot and your sofa is 8ft long that's $144 total just for the sofa PLUS $90 to clean the back pillows that are part of the sofa. A GRAND TOTAL of $234 to clean 1 sofa and 3 damn pillows that are part of the sofa and are NOT decorative pillows. To say I was speechless would be an understatement. Who the hell would pay $234 to clean 1 sofa. It's a damn rip off. When I questioned him why the first time I paid $120 total for the samething he was going to now, he said it must have been a special . U gotta be kidding. I kindly told him NO THANK YOU! I called Vince Carpet Cleaning in Carson (who was referred by 2 people) and he quoted me a reasonable price and will be getting business from me now and many more years after. read more

As a pet owner I suffer the constant challenge of keeping my carpets relatively clean and fresh. What with "accidents," tracked in dirt and skunk attacks, I can personally attest to the FABULOUS service both Monica and Martin offer to customers! On several occasions they have literally saved the day by showing up to clean my carpets. In one case my dog was sprayed by a skunk and the whole house smelled disgusting. When I called them in a panic they appeared at my door at the end of THEIR busy day and stayed to clean my carpets (sigh of relief) until 9 pm!!! They were back again yesterday to right the wrongs that our rescued Chihuahua has committed throughout the house and, as if by a miracle, the odor and stains are history! One phone call and an appointment later (7/06/16), my kitchen floor tiles have never been cleaner! And my stairs and hallway carpets were restored to its original color! I can't recommend Martin and Monica highly enough. I was in a bind with visitors coming and some "unfortunate" pet stains in the guest room. They came quickly, assessed the situation (it was pretty dire) and were back with supplies within the hour. The job involved sanitizing tack strip and cement underfloor, applying sealant, laying new pad and a plastic guard against future issues and thorough enzyme treatment of the carpet.
