Words are not enough to describe how incredibly pleased we were with the amount of work and heart these ladies put in to make our wedding nothing short of magical. We hired them to handle our day of coordination and it was one of best decisions we've ever made. Stephanie was very hands on with everything and always checked in to make sure I was ok. From a bride's perspective especially with many moving parts it was so refreshing to know that someone was also looking out for you- she even took the time to look up some good spas so I can take a wedding break :) The day went by flawlessly and so smoothly. They set up the decor and coordinated with the rest of the Vendors to make sure everything was executed the way they should be while also making sure that my husband and I got a chance to take a breather and eat :) Overall the team was such an amazing group to work with. You can definitely tell how much they genuinely care about their work and also their clients. To this day our guests still rave about how smooth the day went and how beautiful everything was. I would not hesitate recommending this team for weddings and all other event planning and coordination. Thank you ladies for making our day beyond amazing read more

We absolutely LOVED working with Chrystal and her team at A Blissful Soirée! Chrystal is a kind, patient and detail oriented person who knows how to make you feel calm and well taken care of all the days leading up to the big day! She was so accessible whenever I had any questions whether they be small or big. Most importantly, she understands the stresses that go behind preparing for a wedding and offers an open ear and heart to her clients. She's been wonderful to work with! Chrystal & Lyssie, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our big day so magical and helping us keep focused on what was most important: each other!! read more

I know I was for sure going to hire a day-of-coordinator for the wedding, but was looking for a reliable team to be able to execute my vision tastefully. I didnt want one a person just holding a clipboard walking. 8 months prior to a wedding, I had interviewed a few other companies; however, everyone was either way out of budget or didnt seem to fit what I wanted. We had a semi-traditional asian wedding close to 400 guests. I first, connected with Chrystal, who is the owner of A Blissful Soiree. Unfortunately, she was on maternity leave. She referred me to "her right hand, Tiffany," who started with her. I was a little hesitant especially handing over my wedding to the non main person of the company. However, she absolutely, surpassed all my expectations! Our wedding venue event manager made a few comments about how professional and organized she was. I have to say I'm so very glad I hired A Blissful Soiree and have met Tiffany King and the team! She is an amazing, hard-working, detail oriented, and such a sweet soul. I love how organized and top of things she was. She's always 10 steps ahead when I tell her my vision. She's always asking inquisitive questions that my absent-minded-bride mind would never thought of when I "plan" these visions. It was my absolute pleasure to have synced up with Tiffany and I'm more than happy to refer her to any of my future brides friends. I think they're worth every penny, if not, more. After the wedding, i jokingly texted her telling her I actually miss the daily texts/bulletined emails/calls that we had daily week of wedding. read more

I'm not quite sure what to write here that other people haven't. My husband and I were contemplating not using coordinators at all for our wedding but we are glad we did and more so glad that we went with Chrystal and her team at Blissful Soiree. Chrystal is extremely detail oriented and professional and brought up things to consider that completely slipped our minds. Her coordination services helped make a stressful event run extremely smoothly. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. She ran point on the day of the wedding and ensured everything ran on schedule - even cut some of the vendors short so we could have a breather, sit down, and take time to eat. Major props! I don't think things would have ran as smoothly if it not had been for her. Thank you, Blissful Soiree - Chrystal, and especially Stephanie for making an evening my husband and I will never forget! Please, please, please give them a chance to coordinate and plan your wedding - you will not be disappointed! read more

We hired Chrystal to do the decorations at our Baby Shower this past weekend in Pomona. Chrystal was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She worked within our budget and took care of all of the decorations, and did an amazing job setting them up. She met with us once prior to the event to ensure everything was covered and was on-time in setting up the decor. All of our guests thought the decorations were beautiful, especially my wife :) We definitely recommend her services for anyone wanting their event to be beautifully decorated read more

Chrystal is a complete pleasure to work with. No matter how organized I tried to be, when our wedding day approached, everything was a tad difficult to keep in line. Chrystal reviewed all of our contracts and knew every detail about our wedding day, and reminded us on important dates and payment deadlines. It was really refreshing to say the least. I have worked with many event coordinators before for other events, but the one quality that I really loved about Chrystal was her sense of calmness. I like people who are calm under pressure because it keeps me calm, and I feel like everything is under control. This one quality is hard to find. Also her timeline-making skills are incredible. Most coordinators write up a very simple/top-level break-down of the day, but Chrystal is the most detailed I have ever seen. Don't be fooled by her kindness though. There is a BOSS inside of her to ensure perfection! I was introduced to Chrystal through one of my best friends who hired Chrystal for her own wedding, and my friend couldn't say enough positive things about the service Chrystal and her team provided on the day of her wedding. And now, I am happy to highly recommend A Blissful Soiree to all of my friends, family, and the Yelp community! Even my husband enjoyed our meetings with Chrystal and also liked her personality. Do yourself a favor and hire Chrystal. It's the best decision you can make for yourself. She can work with your budget, and make sure everything is running smoothly on your important day. I told her I only wanted to have fun on my wedding day when everyone told me it's impossible, Chrystal made it possible. I didn't have to deal with a single complaint or put out any fires. She had all of the decorations up, made sure vendors were on time, made sure we were on schedule, catered to my crayzayyy family, took care of final payments, and afterwards even knew where things were packed and who took what. My wedding day was a freaking dream! Thank you Chrystal! I can't brag about you enough! xoxo read more

We had the pleasure of having Chrystal as our day-of-wedding coordinator. Because we were on a tight budget, we were so happy when we found out that we won the 1 Year Anniversary Giveaway! What we really liked about Chrystal from the initial meeting is her personality. She is very calm, kind and thoughtful throughout the planning process. That was a perfect fit for us as we were stressed enough with planning the wedding. She also provided great checklists throughout the planning period and met with us in person 3 times in addition to the first meeting. She's also great with email responses-- which is a huge plus for us! When we were into the throes of planning, we had many questions for our wedding director that she immediately got the answers for and saved us a lot of time. She was also able to work well with the DJ regarding the two different timelines -- the DJ timeline and the planner's timeline. We were so thankful for Chrystal who was able to provide so much advice and clarity on everything. On the wedding day last month, she came with 2 assistants who were also really great. There were times when I had forgotten things behind and the assistants had it in their hands for me! Chrystal ensured that vendors were sticking to the schedule and were moving along accordingly. Of note-- I threw in all of my wedding items into a box the night before, and somehow she and her assistants were able to put all the decor and items where they belonged! Thank you Chrystal and team for letting me have a stress-free wedding! read more

Chrystal is the best out there. I agree with everything Lilie N. and the rest of the yelpers below has said about A Blissful Soiree. There isn't a lot to say because the reviewers has said it all - she is amazing. The best. Her team is wonderful. They went above and beyond to get everything we needed put together for our summer wedding. Our ceremony and reception were in two different locations but she managed to make sure everything went smoothly and that vendors went to the correct location at the right time. She also sent us text messages to make sure we are kept in the loop of the madness happening out there and reminding us of our next task. It is worth every penny to have had her as our day of coordinator and so glad we chose A Blissful Soiree! SIDENOTE After the wedding, she even gave us suggestions for our honeymoon in Europe (where to eat, shop, hang out, and tips on how to use the metro!!) and followed up with us/reminding us to submit our marriage license! CHEERS TO A BLISSFUL SOIREE! read more

Chrystal and A Blissful Soiree was an ease to work with for a wedding in July 2016. She contacted her vendors weeks ahead to introduce herself and put in place information such as timelines, logistics, parking, layout etc. She put her vendors in place to be well organized, well informed and successful. Because of this, I found it an ease to get started upon my arrival. Although we needed little to no help in the process throughout the wedding, Chrystal, Yiqian and her team was attentive in our needs by checking-in every so often. They were extremely organized, excellent in communicating with, and followed-up accordingly to make us feel welcomed and accommodated if needed. Overall, a really great experience working with A Blissful Soiree and I would recommend anyone who requires a wedding coordinator or event planner to give Chrystal an inquiry. read more

I hired Chrystal from A Blissful Soiree to help me plan and coordinate my son's 1st birthday which is almost like a mini wedding in the Korean culture. As a new mom who was still working there was no way I would have been able to put this together without Chrystal. She is very organized, punctual, professional and most importantly very sweet. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Her day of coordinating was amazing! We had an agenda for the day and she made her we followed that schedule. This allowed me to relax and just enjoy my son turning one with all our family and friends. Thank You Chrystal! read more

I am a videographer and filmed a wedding where Chrystal was the coordinator. She was incredibly organized and had clearly communicated the details of the day in the wedding timeline. She maintained consistent communication with me throughout the day to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. This was helpful as a videographer because it kept my partner and I in the loop. She was also very helpful in answering our questions about the minutest of details (which side of the reception hall the wedding party will enter, where their positions will be on the dance floor, etc). I could tell from all of this that she was very well prepared and thorough! read more

Hiring a coordinator meant for me: 1. Having someone execute all the ideas my husband and I spent months planning, so on the day of the wedding, they went off without a hitch, 2. Vendor coordination and having another point-of-contact to alleviate some of the stress leading up to the wedding, 3. The peace of mind that whatever unknowns happen on the day of the wedding will be handled by a professional. Chrystal and A Blissful Soiree met and exceeded these expectations when it came to coordinating my wedding! Chrystal is thoughtful, organized, and passionate. It also helps that she is extremely sweet and easy to talk to. Her talents were most apparent in our timeline planning session. We went through each minute of the wedding day to ensure there would be enough time to accomplish everything I wanted. For example, I was worried I wouldn't have enough time to change back into my wedding dress for cake cutting after changing into my traditional Chinese dress for table toasts. Chrystal assured me that we would make time, and she'd keep us on track during table toasts. Things worked out perfectly and even my other vendors were impressed when they received her timeline! The one thing we couldn't have anticipated and had the potential to disrupt our wedding day was the arrival of my husband's 40 immediate and extended family members 2 HOURS PRIOR to the ceremony. To their credit, many of them were used to attending Chinese banquet style weddings, where it's not unusual to run on "Asian time" and run an hour late. Since we were having a Western style wedding, my husband told his family to arrive early, but wasn't specific enough as to the time they should actually arrive. In any case, Chrystal handled the situation and asked all of his family members to hang out in another room so they wouldn't see me in my dress before the ceremony. We went ahead with the first look and bridal party photos as planned, and I almost forgot it happened! Props to Chrystal for saving the day! I highly recommend Chrystal and A Blissful Soiree. She's the glue that holds everything together on your wedding day so you can actually enjoy it and remember it for all the things that went right instead of wrong. Thank you Chrystal! read more

Chrystal is AMAZING! We are so fortunate to win her for her giveaway last year. Chrystal coordinated our wedding on 09/20/14. From the moment we contacted her.... was the moment my stress level went down. She was helpful, easy to talk to, sweet, and she knows exactly what she's doing. Chrystal's help was what made our wedding day successful. Without her I don't know what I would do and without her I would be lost and probably a bride-zilla! (LOL totally serious) She helped me relax and enjoy every moment of my special day. I was sober for my reception so I saw what was going on... and what I saw is my reception going smoothly and beautifully! Chrystal is such a sweetheart and I would recommend her to everyone! Thank you Chrystal, I really appreciate and commend your hard work! read more

My fiancé and I hired A Blissful Soiree for month/day of coordination. Although we were initially on the fence with whether we needed a coordinator, we can confidently say it was money well spent (and would advise saving money on another aspect of the wedding!). Our coordinator, Tiffany, responded to emails in a timely manner, followed-through with every little detail request, always made time to meet with us, and even stayed late to help pack stuff up. There was so much going on during the day but I didn't have to worry about a thing and could just focus on enjoying the moment since I knew Tiffany and the A Blissful Soiree team was taking care of everything. Highly recommend!!! read more

I had a privilege of working with A Blissful Soiree and they are simply AMAZING!!! I couldn't have better things to say about working with Chrystal and her team. Throughout the planning process and on the day of, Chrystal was incredibly organized, attentive, resourceful, creative, flexible, and a whole-hearted person. The entire team went above and beyond the call of duty. Whether you need a full-service planner or only services on the day of your wedding, A Blissful Soiree will exceed your expectations. read more

It was such a pleasure working with Chrystal and Tiffany! I was referred to Chrystal by one of my good MA when I was very stressed with wedding planning and full time job. Chrystal pretty much took care of every little detail leading up to the month before the big day then Tiffany took over. Tiffany was very detailed and responded to my crazy bridezilla emails in such a timely manner I knew I was in good hands. On the day of the wedding, Tiffany was on top of it, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She took care of things from the beginning till the end, and wrapped up everything for us. I honestly think I and my fiancé (husband now) would've not had enjoyed ourselves if Tiffany was not there to run the whole show. I definitely recommend hiring Chrystal and her coordinators! read more

Chrystal Park was simply amazing. I was the videographer and she found time to take care of me while tending to the bride's needs and wants. Would definitely love to work with her again in the future. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Chrystal from A Blissful Soiree for our Spring Collection Photoshoot. Chrystal was our day of coordinator and oh my, I wouldn't know what I would have done without her! She was very organized and did everything I needed her to do without me even asking. She was almost psychic or she's just amazing at what she does. Most importantly, she was easy to work with- great personality, kind hearted, and professional! Thankful to have had Chrystal on our production team. read more

Chrystal was the day-of coordinator for my wedding in March. Before the wedding, I had two meetings with Chrystal in which she very systematically recorded all of my vendor information, ceremony details etc. In both meetings, whenever she would ask me a question for which I did not know the answer (I actually didn't think of a LOT of things until she reminded me), she would smile and say "think about it, I'll ask you about it later," and she always did. In the hectic, "crunch time" days leading up to my wedding, whenever I got e-mails from Chrystal, I always felt relieved by whatever she was reminding me of, and she never made me feel like I was behind. She helped me to literally "think of everything," when it came to planning for the wedding. For a lot of things I hadn't thought of, Chrystal was quick to suggest and send me helpful info and links, but was never pushing that I should do this or that. She helped me to have the wedding that I wanted. Of course that's the best you can do; try and think of everything you want for your wedding and try and execute it. Chrystal definitely helped me with this. But there's always things on the day of that don't go exactly as planned, and that is where Chrystal impressed me even more. In coordinating our 350 person church ceremony and Chinese banquet, amidst rain and greeting tables with our parents and food coming out late from the kitchen, there were times that Chrystal (by no mistake of hers), had to approach our head table to ask about adjustments in our reception schedule. But she always did so with a smile and a calm voice to ask us exactly what we wanted - my husband and I never felt stressed or anxious because Chrystal handled everything with such poise and grace. If she hadn't been there, I think that would have been a much different story. Many brides already have in their heads what they want their wedding to be like. I for the most part, had a pretty good idea of what I wanted mine to be like too. The tricky thing is, when the big day comes, and it's time to stop planning and time to enjoy your new union, your friends and family, you know that things still won't go perfectly. From my meetings with Chrystal prior to our wedding, I was confident that she would be able to handle the twists and turns of such a big celebration, and throughout the day, she only affirmed that confidence, down to the very last moments of the day when the only people standing at the curb of our restaurant were my new husband and I, and Chrystal and her Blissful Soiree team. Her diligence and dedication throughout the entire process made our day easy, enjoyable, and memorable for all the right reasons. read more

I was lucky enough to already have a day-of coordinator for my wedding provided by my venue but I hired Chrystal for the dessert bar my husband and I wanted. Words can't even begin to express our appreciation for all of her hard work. She was so accommodating, friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with and we are truly happy to have had the privilege of working with her. She created the most beautiful and DELICIOUS dessert bar I have ever seen. It was better than I could have ever imagined! And she was sweet enough to package a few of each desserts in a separate box so that we were sure to enjoy them ourselves (ISNT THAT THE SWEETEST THING EVER?!). Chrystal was our day of coordinator and we are so happy we went A Blissful Soiree! She was so nice and sweet and during the whole process. She was very prompt with answering texts and emails throughout the months. Every time I felt overwhelmed or stressed out, a meeting with Chrystal is all I needed and it helped me refocus. She was very organized and helped me think of all the little details that I would've probably missed to take care of. What I looked for in a coordinator was someone who would take care of everything on the day of and not come bother me. That's exactly what Chrystal did! She only came to check up on me to see if I needed anything else, and to make sure I was eating. All the little bumps, she figured it out and I loved that. No bride wants to be answering questions and giving directions about the little things (or big things) on their big day. I was so relaxed because I fully trusted Chrystal. read more

I initially reached out to A Blissful Soiree because I had actually worked with Chrystal (head coordinator) on a previous wedding. She was great to work with and I knew I wanted her to take on the lead for my special day. However, I soon found out that she was unavailable that day but she had assistants that could take on day of coordination. Knowing how great she was, I didn't doubt her assistant and I'm glad I stuck with the team throughout the whole process. I worked with Tiffany who has been on the Blissful Soiree team for some time. I had a difficult time planning my Socal wedding from Norcal but she was super accommodating and made every effort to make sure we weren't stressing out about the details. I knew she was someone I could trust after our initial meeting and felt so comfortable with her (which is a big deal for me because having been a wedding coordinator, I had the toughest time delegating things to people). I had a lot of last minute changes happening the week of the wedding, but she made sure to take care of it all and make sure nothing was left behind. I'd highly recommend this team (no matter who you get as coordinator) to any newly engaged couple searching for a coordinator! read more

One of the best things was that Chrystal was prompt in responding to us via text/email even when we had last minute questions or changes, and we knew we could rely on her to take care of things in a timely manner. On the day of our wedding reception Chrystal and her assistants at A Blissful Soiree took care of everything, allowing us to have a wonderful wedding not having to worry about anything!
