    Where do we even start? Being able to work with Claudia and the Time With Terrazas team has been absolutely amazing. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. I looked into day-of-coordinators as our venue suggested we find one. We thought at first we would plan it all on our own as we are a bit DIY-minded, but there were so many details involved we began feeling in-over-our-heads. Little did we know, coming across Time with Terrazas was the best thing for me & (my now) husband. Not only was the day of the wedding executed perfectly, she helped us out two months in advance. Claudia made me feel so confident and lifted so much off my shoulders. From our first meeting all the way to our wedding day, Claudia and team supported us in every way... from being all of our vendors point of contact, down to the nitty gritty details. This allowed us to be more in the present leading up to the big day and really soak in every second of our wedding! My husband and I, along with our families continue to rave about Time With Terrazas... weeks after our wedding. Truly... there are not enough words to explain how wonderful, supportive, professional, organized, and creative Claudia is. We could not be more grateful!

    Claudia Terrazas was a God send! My then-fiancé (current wife) and I had been planning our DIY-wedding for the past two years, and after two postponements in 2020 we could have not seeing the speed in which decision-making, executing a plan and communicating overwhelmed us. Enter Claudia. Not only was she able to help us organize what at that moment felt like a freight-train coming our way, she did it with respect and support for our vision, that she always encouraged since the moment we first spoke on the phone all the way to the day of. Time With Terrazas had our backs even during the moments of fear, uncertainty, and doubt (there were a few times when we thought the wedding was not going to happen) and helped us put ourselves together during the bumps on the road. Having Claudia and the Time With Terrazas team by our side allowed us to focus our creativity to design our perfect wedding without having to stress about the minutiae of coordinating. We had an amazing wedding and Time With Terrazas was an integral part of it.

    Claudia is amazing coordinator. She made my baby shower vision come true. From helping us find our vision board to the day of set up and take down. My whole family was able to enjoy the event without having to lift a finger. She took care of everything from working with the vendors to making sure I was resting and eating.     Where to begin. Planning a wedding during COVID was no easy task. From having to postpone our wedding to changing the venue altogether - we pretty much started from scratch and had 4-5 months to plan. That's where Claudia came in. I found Claudia through a mutual friend and she was a Godsend. Her attention to detail is impeccable, I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. From day one, her enthusiasm and positivity was exactly what I needed to help me plan our big day. She was in constant contact with my vendors, would give me updates regularly, and would even check-in just to see if I was doing ok. Anytime I felt stressed about something, I would reach out to her and she always had the right thing to say to make me feel at ease. Claudia is beyond organized and provided a variety of helpful documents that made planning so much easier. Although overwhelming at times, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Claudia is hands on. PERIOD. The day of the wedding she was with me from 6AM until 11 PM when the wedding was over and well after to make sure everything was packed away in our cars. My wedding day was perfect and exactly what I envisioned. I felt absolutely no stress and that's because of Claudia. Post wedding, Claudia even shared pictures she took throughout the wedding day. Although she was busy running around, she still managed to capture so many special shots. The day honestly flew by, so seeing random moments that we didn't catch (or couldn't remember) meant so much! Claudia is very knowledgeable, positive, and organized - among many other things. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help in planning their wedding day!! She is the best of the best!!

    At first my fiancé and I were on the fence about if we even needed a wedding planner, I mean if we stay organized and on top of everything we can handle it , right? WRONG!! Let me save you a lot of time debating; you DEFINITELY need one! And Time With Terrazas is the one you NEED! Hiring Claudia and her team was the BEST decision we ever made. We had a lot of quirky and non-traditional details that we wanted and she was so supportive of our vision 100% and fully committed to executing it perfectly. She was on top of everything, and it made the last weeks leading up to the wedding way less stressful! She created an amazing day of schedule that included literally everything. Our day went smoothly and exactly as scheduled, sometimes ahead of schedule. She called all the vendors, and kept them informed of the timeline and head counts. They took care of overseeing set up and breakdown and SO much more. Claudia was so incredibly kind and organized, and i never once saw her flinch at any challenge. There were a few bumps in the road beyond all of our control that really knocked the wind out of our sails, but her positive attitude and resourcefulness saved the day. She is a bundle of positive energy, from the beginning consultation to the very end of the wedding night! I really could not have asked for anything more, I for sure know that we could not have done it without her. I highly recommend her to anyone and we cannot thank her enough for helping us create our dream wedding!

    I was blessed to come across Claudia and it was meant to be. I wasn't sure I could afford to have a planner but she made it possible to work together for the few months prior to my wedding and most importantly on the day of so I didn't need to worry about all those details on my own. It was the best decision I could have made! Her bubbly personality on social media drew me to her before we even spoke and she was truly the perfect planner for me! She listened to my vision for my day and helped me bring it to life, all the while hyping me up of how amazing it was going to be. I had some ups and downs during the planning process specifically with my side of the bridal party and she was there to listen and support me through those tough times. She kept me on task during the most crucial last few months of the wedding planning process and truly went above and beyond for me on the most important day of my life. We were a little behind on schedule the day of but that was only due to our party bus being late, and not in her control. It did cut into our time for pre-ceremony photos which was disappointing but Claudia found a way to get us back on track and wrangled our huge wedding party of over 20 people and helped coordinate all our family for photos like it was nothing! Thank you Claudia for helping to make my wedding day the BEST DAY EVER!! I couldn't recommend her enough to help plan your next event, you will not be disappointed!

    6/9/2018 . If you think you can do it all yourself ‍ (that was me) or don't need a wedding planner, ‍ pleaseeeee think again! I cannot tell you how much of an ASSET Claudia was to our wedding! Although this post is way overdue, I have to tell you how amazing Claudia was in helping my husband and I achieve our vision for a Hawaiian themed/beach wedding! First of all, I am type A personality, everything perfect and I have to be hands on all the decisions type of person! In other words, other event planners I interviewed made me feel like I was burdening them (u know when u get the big eye look and eye rolls). However, Claudia took me by surprise as to how genuine, kind and patient she was with everything I wanted to achieve with our wedding. She was not only flexible with our schedule (my husband and I worked opposite hours), but she also was always prepared and available to us. She provided me with a list of wedding ideas, necessary must have and to do items, that I alone, would never had thought about. When I told her I had several vendors in mind, for example we were looking for a DJ, she offered to reach out to my vendors and coordinate everything on my behalf. ***Her goal was to make the process of my wedding as least stressful as possible!!!*** My husband and I had wanted to add personal touches to the wedding. He went to LA and bought Bamboo polls to build me the arch for our wedding. We bought all the table decorations and had a general idea of how we wanted things set up. Well, let me tell you, Claudia came over and we set up our mock tables.... she took the items for the idea we wanted and created several beautiful set up options. There were even several times I had emotional melt downs and she was caring and patient, understood how stressed I was, and literally helped me get through it! During the wedding, Claudia was literally my eyes and ears! When my Tahitian dancers were late, she made sure I was not in distress about it and she maneuvered our event times around to make everything happen smoothly! My guests at the wedding had no idea the mishap had even taken place. So I'm telling you, if you are looking for a AMAZING event planner, Claudia is it!!!!     We hired Time With Terrazas for the whole year leading up to our big day. Hiring them was the best decision I could've made!! When I tell you she's sooo detailed oriented, organized and ON POINT I mean it. My now husband and I were able to enjoy every single step and our dream wedding became a realty all thanks to the wonderful Claudia and her team. The very first chat that we had we connected instantly, she's so incredibly bubbly. She's the hype woman you need in your life! I will forever be grateful for her and all her hard work. Our wedding was April 10, 2021, (I know this review is quite overdue but the world needs to know that they need Claudia and her team in their life), we hired Time With Terrazas right in the middle of the whole pandemic. The world was chaotic but my fiance at the time and I knew we didn't want that to stop us from getting married. In the middle of the pandemic Claudia was able to come through! Zoom was our best friend and although many businesses were closed at the time, Claudia did her magic. You can very much tell that Claudia absolutely loves what she does! I would hire her again 1000x. Hiring her for the whole was a must for me. I was so lost when it came to every single detail and I do not deal with stress well, but the way she broke everything down, I'm telling you this woman is a genius! Over the next two years of planning, Abby and her team brought our ideas to life and helped to make our dream wedding a reality. Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Florals: I had a whimsical vision for my flowers and I wanted it to look like bursts of stars. I am lucky I didn't have any preferences on specific flowers, but Cindy gave a very detailed list of the florals she would use in our quote which I appreciated. As we progressed towards wedding day, she would advise if something would not work with our setup or plans and pivot accordingly. When I saw everything the morning of, it was soo beautiful against the blue sky. It looked elegant, gentle, and had that little bit of whimsy. Any floral decor for the tea ceremony was also transported to our reception where it was repurposed for the sweethearts table!! Coordination: There is a saying that if you didn't notice anything that means you had a good experience. Mostly for user experience in websites, but the same can be applied here. I'm an easily stressed out gal so I knew having a day-of-coordinator would be beneficial. There were logistics that were super important, but it would have never crossed my mind had Cindy not brought it to my attention. At the reception, Cindy and her team made sure to have it run as smoothly as it can. They took care of all the setup, communicated with the vendors, and cued us for the next event / activity so we could finish in a timely manner. Thinking back on the day, I didn't have to worry about a thing and just floated around like a jellyfish. Cindy is punctual, detail-oriented, friendly, and personable. Her team is just as kind and wonderful. They even helped me get a lil bug out of my dress without skipping a beat. I had such a wonderful experience with my wedding as someone who didn't think she needed one to be happy. I was able to focus on the love for my friends and family which is so important to me. She was to talk to, which made the whole process of planning a wedding less stressful. The florist industry was and is still going through a flower shortage, but they did their magic to get me the exact color and flower choices we wanted. We're very thankful and appreciative of their work, so we gave them gratuity to hopefully make up for some inflation. I highly highly recommend these ladies for your wedding flowers. My mother and I promptly asked the first person we saw who was designing this wedding and got a card for a "Natalie Good". I pocketed the card and thought- one day! Fast forward 5 years I had met Matt(my now husband) and we were moving into together. I was cleaning my room at my parents house and came across Natalie's card and put it in my purse. 3 months later, Matt proposed on a Saturday and the following Monday I called Natalie and booked her. First and foremost, Natalie is an angel on this planet. Wedding planning is so stressful and I never had to worry about a single thing, she went above and beyond to make sure I was not stressed and happy. She is more than just our wedding planner and over the 3 years we planned my wedding (thanks covid...), she became my friend and someone who I adore Second, when going down this road, I think trusting your planner/wedding team is extremely important to make sure the process is seamless and smooth. I can tell you that without a doubt, I trust Natalie and her team implicitly! I trusted them so much that I let them run free on the design for my wedding and I could not have been happier! Everything was perfect and so gorgeous- from the table design to the flowers, everything was flawless and it was so amazing to watch her vision come to life. It's been 3 months and I am still getting calls and compliments from all of our guests and even friends of guests who weren't there but saw pictures. She is insanely talented and has an unbelievable list of vendors that are just as talented. We even had a silent disco at our wedding and it was a hit! Third, her team is awesome. The women who helped me specifically- Ellie, Kennedy, and Maddy- where next level professional and so helpful. There were nights where I would be up at midnight and text Ellie and she would always answer and talk me down. Kennedy and Maddy were running around on wedding day making sure I was hydrated and fed and happy. Everything about A Good Affair is top notch and I could not be more grateful or fortunate to have had them design, plan and make our dream wedding a reality. What I can say is, they don't really go straight to the point and communicate back n forth in email when you had requested 3 times to call you to talk it out. I mean, if off the bat you're having a hard time conveying your plans, pricing with me then its not worth my time. They reply back quick, which I appreciate but them going around in circles is annoying. Also, if you're looking for budget, this is NOT the place for budget. She knew my budget, yet continued to ask questions through email. Finally, she gives me the quote of $10-$15k for a wedding next year (saying pricing will go up next year) and if its something i am still interested in. Wow, knowing where my budget is, which was less than $3k, and you know your asking is triple that, is so unprofessional. This is not accommodating to new clients or at all helpful. If you plan to have a wedding with a $10-$15k budget in mind then this might be your type of vendor but if you're asking for really minimal details for $3k, and they don't just say "sorry our services are over your budget" then they don't care or respect your needs. These days, customer service should be catered to what you can provide for the client. If you can't make it work, then just simply let the client know. Do not waste their time with back n forth email. Some of us don't understand what you're saying in email and a clearer communication shows you care enough to explain it.

When it came down to the wire, WOW- They exceeded everything that you can ask for in having wedding coordinators for your wedding. They were on top of everything and anything! There were so many moments where I needed a breather, so they "snuck" me out to check out everything and get some air (because everyone was pulling me in different directions!). At one point, I really wanted to see my dessert bar, but couldn't get to it, so Karan took me through a "detour" for me to check it out on the other side before all the chaos ensued. They made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I am SO happy for their amazing work ethics, wonderful personalities, and overall, just great people to have and surround yourself with. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in's with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn't be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted.
