We outfitted our whole home with A Blinds from vertical fabric in our living room to give a softer look to horizontal for our bedrooms that block out the morning sun to water resistant horizontals in our bathrooms for a total of 12 windows and sliding doors. We checked out companies and their costs were more than double of what A Blinds was quoting. Plus these other company's styles were out dated from metal blinds to wooden shutters. The style and materials used by A Blinds were perfect. You can customize the colors, fabrics, how much sunlight comes through, etc. The ordering process was simple and the installation was precise and quick! After a few years we had to get some repairs done on one of our vertical curtains and making an appointment with Johanne was simple via text message. Johanne was quick to respond and very helpful and kind. They were able to find a time during my availability given I am busy during the week. Mr. Park came for the repair late in the evening in the rain after normal working hours just to make sure we were taken care of. With all of this it gives us piece of mind that with A Blinds that we will be taken care of if we ever need assistance. It's hard to get this kind of customer service. This place is amazing! I purchased a new construction townhome which had no window coverings. We needed to look at our options ASAP and requested a quote. After I called, Isaac came out the same day to look at our windows! I was impressed at how fast the response time was and how knowledgeable the rep was. Isaac took his time and gave us some great ideas. We originally wanted all roller shades but changed our mind to shutters. Isaac came out very quickly again and re-measured to ensure everything was accurate. He showed us the different options and we locked it in. Unfortunately, COVID-19 slowed down the overall shutter process and our shutters were stuck at the port of Long Beach for over a month. The turnaround time was 3.5 months which was not fun. However, A-Blinds did tell us that it would take 3 or more months and I called them many times to see if they had any updates. Each time I called, they were more than happy to check with the port to see where they were. Needless to say, they were on top of it and called me as soon as they had our shutters. Installation took about 4 hours which hit the quoted time from A-Blinds. The guy installing it was very nice and worked efficiently. The shutters look amazing and we are thrilled we chose this. We also had some roller shades installed in the house and Isaac installed those within 2 weeks after ordering. So roller shades come blazing fast even with the pandemic.
