They create their blinds from the factory and is customized especially for your windows. A blinds did a wonderful job! I had a rear sliding glass door and a window to cover. The initial meeting and measuring, to the installation was top notch. The only reason I did not give it five stars is the two times they cancelled an installation appointment. The first appointment for installation, they cancelled because the installer was sick. The second appointment, I had to cancel because I had no electricity and could not enter the house. I then scheduled another appointment three weeks out but that morning, I get a call saying the installer got hurt. They had to squeeze me in because I was not willing to wait another two weeks. I really do not like writing negative reviews, and I do understand "things happen." I think four stars are more than fair. Nonetheless, when I finally got everything installed, they did a beautiful job and the installer was very understanding about putting a cover on shoes as we do not wear shoes inside the house. He even took away my old blinds. Thank you for some beautiful blinds and a customer service department willing to work through unfortunate situations. read more
