I found Shutters Allure through Yelp and I am so glad I did. We were looking for faux wood blinds and they provided us great options at competitive pricing. Eric was great in providing us with recommendations for some of the odd shaped windows we have at my house. Installation was quick and done with quality. Not only was the purchase and installation experience great, Eric and the Shutters Allure team were honest and honorable by upholding their lifetime warranty on the blinds. When one of my blinds broke, they quickly replaced it at no charge. I would highly recommend them. read more

We had our shutters installed by Eric and team about 3 years ago when we first moved into our home. One of our large shutters started 'drifting' when it was open, so I contacted Eric and a couple days later he stopped by to fix it and now everything is back like they were just installed. Highly recommend Shutters Allure. read more

I contacted Eric for a quote and he responded to me immediately and got me scheduled. He is kind, courteous and ver professional. He was also extremely patient while we picked out exactly what we wanted offering ideas to us without any pressure. We will definitely be using him again! I posted a before and after photo. It was a really awkward window to work with but the end product is amazing. Eric built a frame to go around it and it matches our newly remodeled kitchen beautifully. In the evening it looks like an accent wall and gives us the privacy we wanted. The shades are a dark grey and the frame around it is black. We love it! read more

We had our blinds updated to shutters in most of our house. Shutters Allure offered competitive prices and good quality products with warranties if needed. The shutters came in timely and Eric came out to install them. He worked efficiently and cleanly. I was very pregnant when he came out for the quote, and he was even nice enough to give a baby gift when he came out to install them. We couldn't be happier with the finished result! read more

We wanted to replace our outdated window coverings, but were unsure with what. We chose Shutters Allure after consultations with other companies for the following reasons: 1) the availability of many options besides shutters, 2) reasonable, 3) quick turnaround time, and 4) the company is local. An added bonus: the sales rep was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We decided to replace more than half of our 21 windows with shutters and the balance with blinds. Installation was a breeze--the final work was gorgeous. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job! read more

I just moved into a home that needed all new window treatments. I contacted shutters allure to provide consultation and a bid for services. They proposed a variety of coverings based on size and location of windows. They were extremely helpful in the upfront process and provided the most comprehensive evaluation and were the most economical amongst 2 other vendors. Superior service continued through the installation process...accurate estimate on completion dates, skilled install team that treated my home with much respect, and follow-up after to check operation and satisfaction. Eric is a true craftsman. His prices are reasonable and the quality of my shutters he installed is outstanding. I hired him 5 years ago to do the shutters for my family room and patio door. They are gorgeous and still look brand new! Eric was just out yesterday as I was finally ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house. They are stunning and worth every penny! He also reminded me that if anything happens to the shutters, I just need to give him a ring and he'll take care of it! He has a good, old-fashioned, no nonsense approach to business and provides excellent customer service. He stands by his product and his word! There are so many blinds and shutter businesses out there to choose from and making a choice can be quite daunting. Look no further, choose Shutters Allure! read more

Completed install on time! Quality products Staff extremely pleasant Highly recommend to any and all home and businesses that want quality at reasonable prices! read more

Let me first start by saying Eric the owner was very responsive and very timely every time I had any questions. We asked that they wear masks and booties for their shoes. Not a problem!!! From the first day from measurements/estimate to installation took 7 weeks. These are custom you can't rush that. They are reasonably priced, but you have to remember shutters are a premium product so they are by no means cheap. We had a total of 12 windows done, and our sliding glass door. Eric and his assistant installer Efrain were very timely and cleaned up after themselves and took there trash with them. Unfortunately you do have dispose of your old window treatments yourself. Another company redone our kitchen this year and that company trashed all of the demolition and the packing from the new cabinets and appliances as well. I had a ton of windows done so I had to rent a dumpster to be able to dispose of them. That's my only complaint the service and shutters are very good quality and look beautiful. read more

Eric was great from beginning to end. He's knowledgeable, helpful, had great suggestions, and the best price of any of the services that bid my job. Delivery was exactly when he said it would be. He showed up on time and when there was a little damage on one of the panels, he was the one that caught it and corrected it with nothing further needed from me. Recommend highly! read more

I have been needing upgraded treatments for most of my windows for some time, but was hesitant to start the process due to all of the horror stories regarding, delays and supply issues. I reached out to Shutters Allure and they came to my house to provide estimates. I was even unsure about some windows, due to their odd sizing, but they were able to help me with suggestions and solutions to meet my needs. We placed the order and everything arrived and was installed within the timeline and budget promised. I am so happy that I called Shutters Allure! Eric did an outstanding job with helping me pick and install new shutters for my home. I would definitely recommend him for your window coverings projects. read more

I purchased shades from them and so far I've had two mishaps. One where the shade got stuck rolling up and made it wrinkle and the next time, the valance fell. Each time, they came and fixed the problem, so I have no complaints. The shade that got wrinkled was completely replaced with a new shade but it did take some time to order and replace. This is the first time I have ever had shades and these are controlled remotely to move up and down with a controller. This makes the shades very easy to operate. Since I have not had previous experience with shades, it's hard for me to say if the problems I've experienced are typical or not; but I am happy with the shades because the room they're in does not require a lot of privacy and even when down, they provide sufficient light. read more

Five months after installation, I am still in love with how great the shutters look in my home. I should have written this review months ago but here I am, still highly recommending Shutters Allure. My experience with Shutters Allure was outstanding, the process was simple and Eric took excellent care of us. I had received two prior quotes from companies promising the best deals. The prices were lower however, both companies had to hire someone else to install the shutters, causing the final price to increase. Shutters Allure is family own they handle installation and offer a great warranty. read more

This is our second time going with Eric for our window treatment needs, and we are definitely glad that we did! First time around, we had Eric put in blinds for our first home, and once we moved to our current home, we called upon Eric again to put in shutters all throughout. Can't say enough again about the absolutely wonderful job that Eric did! As usual, he was always very professional, very nice, fair with his pricing, and just very prompt with everything! He does the jobs himself and he's really a pro at it! He makes sure all the work is just as was planned, and whenever something came up, he was always quick to address it and ensure that it's done right. Can't recommend him enough!
