Came in to our house took measurements and had a huge variety of styles and colors of blinds and shutters, we chose the Zebra blinds for the kitchen which i think is perfect with its shear sections which can let in as much or as little light as you want as well as enough privacy. The first time he came out to quote, he left me with a written estimate/quote. He didn't need to sell the blinds - they sell themselves. He was what you would want in a sales person - knowledgeable and not pushy! We really wanted the combi blinds with motors but the company had temporarily stopped production with motors until they could fine tune the adjustments. I was recommended to use Elite Blinds and I'm so glad that we did!! I also highly recommend using Elite Blinds! We recently moved into our new condo and was contemplating whether to get blinds or curtains. They have both! But we decided to go with the blinds. Although they are based out of Fullerton, Sam came out to LA to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and he came with tons of samples to look at. Sam came back to do the installation with a partner and they worked very well as a team. I don't remember how long the installation took but it was quick and they were also very precise when aligning the blinds. We went with the blackouts in the bedrooms and the regular coverage in the living room. We splurged and even got the motors to make the living and master automatic! We LOVE our automatic blinds because you can also use your phone as a remote and you can put timers on them! Charging it is easy, too. I just wished they were a little faster going up...first world problems. Sam explained everything about the motors, remote, and phone access before leaving and also double checked himself. Couple days after, one of the blinds didn't go up (we did play and mess around with it a lot) and I texted Sam. Sam replied right away and told me to charge the motor to see if that helped. It did!
