I suffer with a back injury and have explained this to the same lady behind the bar. We usually have worked out that I can sit at a table unless it's needed for incoming guests. I can't enjoy my meal with my body hurting (and this has now forced me to leave Pasquale's a 2nd time before even getting menus) and I think it would be beneficial if Pasquale's took into account some people might have issues you can't see! If I could rate JUST the FOOD it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the customer service overshadows that.

The chicken was clearly pre-packaged, pre "grilled" chicken (you know those fake grilling lines? It was like that). Garlic bread was tasty but on sort of low-quality bread, it seemed. My mom felt the same about her dish, cavatappi with a spicy red sauce and meatballs, and she said the meatballs were definitely frozen and reheated. She wasn't impressed. I fully understand that we may have ordered the dishes Pasquale's isn't known for. Maybe the sandwiches and Italian Stallion rolls are much better! If you're craving a basic red sauce joint (which I do quite often), this place will scratch the itch. That's about it, though.

That's why it's fast food... 10/10! Service. The staff was insanely nice and patient, I saw a staff member open a door for 2 people, whom were elderly. 10/10 again! Ambiance, the place didn't have any music and was pretty loud but they had this fancy thing where you get a number and they call it out. Then you get your food. 8/10. The cashier looked impatient and he was terribly difficult to both hear and understand; placing my order was made awkward and trying because of the low-quality employee behind the counter. The burger I purchased was not as flavorful as a Culver's burger and certainly had far less meat for a far greater price. Similarly, the chicken tenders taste similar to a Culver's tender but are even more bland than a Culver's tender. When my order was presented at the counter for me to pick-up, instead of delivered to my table as Culver's will do, I found my order incorrect. There were toppings missing from my burger and not placed on the side, as requested. Culver's doesn't make mistakes like this. Everything about this experience was bad. Do not go here. Go to Culver's, or eat at home.

Additionally, the staff keeps the air conditioning cranked up so high, this place feels like a morgue. There is much mildew/water damage on the ceiling.
