Similarly, the chicken tenders taste similar to a Culver's tender but are even more bland than a Culver's tender. When my order was presented at the counter for me to pick-up, instead of delivered to my table as Culver's will do, I found my order incorrect. There were toppings missing from my burger and not placed on the side, as requested. Culver's doesn't make mistakes like this. Everything about this experience was bad. Do not go here. The place was fairly empty because we got there well after lunch hour, but we were surprised to not see anyone else in there because this place is far better than most other options, including, but not limited to the corporate franchise options like subway, Jimmy John's, firehouse, subs, etc. Nothing beats Local small business owned restaurants like this! The staff was very friendly, and although the place was empty, they were processing a bunch of phone orders and we've watched a bunch of people come through for pick ups. Our sandwiches were prepared within five minutes, and they were absolutely delicious! Additionally, the staff keeps the air conditioning cranked up so high, this place feels like a morgue. There is much mildew/water damage on the ceiling. The tables are regularly dirty, and the floor is dirty and sticky. Often the condiment station is missing ketchup or other supplies. No. I don't like it.
