Worst Service ever!!!! Not sure where to begin. Ivan the Manager is awesomely rude. I was told to wait 5-10 minutes later. After twenty minutes and watching the staff completely slack off through the window. I call the store. well they answer and hang up the phone. This is where Ivan's unprofessionalism comes in. I was told the item in particular I was waiting took over 15 minutes to cook. Understandable but what is not is a employee who had taken break while I was sitting and waiting was enjoying that exact item. I the requested my money back and was told it was a 7-10 day process for a refund. Still calling their corporate office in the morning. This location specifically always gets orders wrong even after double checking that it's white rice. They still gave me fried. This order was for a plate with white rice and they gave me a small container or white rice. The workers clearly don't know how to work. read more

The girl working the drive through said they were out of chicken teriyaki and fountain drinks. We settled for bottled water and no chicken. When pulling up to get our food, they forgot our eggrolls, a thing of fried rice, and utensils. I went in to get my food the girl was very rude to me and other customers. She walked out to our car and threw the egg rolls in through our window, saying "Here ya go", in a snotty way. She probably ate all the chicken teriyaki and is too lazy to fill the soda machines. This is the worst Panda Express the Manager ignores you the people are rude and there is never any food ready even when they first open at 11:am. I waited in the drive through for 22 min to be told you will have to wait 10 min for us to make the food so I went inside to see a manager who totally ignored me I went home and called Corporate to make a complaint now let's see if anyone will get back to me.
