I love the Chili dog and the 5 way but Im trying to eat a little more carb friendly. So I order the Coney Biwl. 3 hot dogs under Skyline Chili topped with diced ohion and a mountain of shredded cheddar cheese. I add onions and hot sauce. So good and a smidge healthier than the bun and pasta in my husband's food. Sobyummy but man does my breath stick for a solid two days after eating there. This is a diner. Come in, grab a seat at the counter if you want to watch the team fill orders. Or you can grab a booth or table in the restaurant. They also have a drive thru window. While clean, I would describe Skyline Chili as a dive. We really llike it!

Every time we're back in town, one of our very first stops is Skyline, especially when we're visiting Kings Island. I spend the entire year craving it because there's simply nothing else like it. My order has never changed: a 4-Way with onions and a Cheese Coney with onions. One bite instantly takes me back to childhood family dinners and all the memories that come with them. People who aren't from Cincinnati might not understand Skyline's Greek-style chili, but that's part of what makes it so special. The warm Mediterranean spices, the perfectly cooked spaghetti, and that mountain of finely shredded cheddar cheese create a flavor that's impossible to duplicate. It's pure Cincinnati comfort food. This visit was just as great as I remembered. The customer service was warm and friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food came out fresh and delicious. It's comforting to know that even after moving away, I can come back and find the same flavors and hospitality that made me fall in love with Skyline in the first place. Thank you for keeping a little piece of home exactly the way I remember it. We'll be back every time we're in town!

The first few times we had poor experiences because upon entering the store, which is never busy, going to the pickup area and giving our name.....that is when they start making our food and it takes an insanely long time. People would come in, order their food at the counter and leave before we had our food that we preordered. Very frustrating! Another time we ordered a milkshake and apparently only one person there is in charge of milkshakes. They were also handling the cash register so it took them at least 15 minutes to get around to making our shake. With all of that said, we have finally cracked the code of ordering burgers with Five Guys on the app. Once we place our order, they have a box that says "Let us know when you're on your way." You have to click that box and then they start your food! I felt like Indiana Jones finding a long lost treasure when we walked in and out of the store within 30 seconds!! These guys are quite expensive, but I have to say, best burgers out there. I'm not a fan of their fries and I've been mentally damaged after waiting on that milkshake for so long, so I won't be ordered another one of those either. But the burgers....WOW. And their restaurant is adorable. It's cheerful and bright with a nice sized lobby. And you can watch them make your food as well, which is nice. We will return again!!

The joint is set up to look like a sit down restaurant but no table service. You pick up at the counter but you are still prompted for a tip. Don't expect to sit at a clean table either even though there is plenty of help there. When you order online, you can give an expected time, which I did - 3:30. I was running early so I used the app to tell them that I was on my way and then tapped on "I'm Here" when I arrived. It still wasn't ready until 3:30 so I guess it doesn't matter if you tell them you are on your way. While waiting, I ordered a $7 milkshake. It was a mix, not real ice cream, so I have no idea why they think it's worth $7 - it wasn't. The burgers are large and there's two on the bun. I sat down and ate one there. It leaked dramatically - I think because the veggies that came on it were so wet. Otherwise it tasted ok. But is it worth over $10? No. And because I think everything there is still so overpriced, I probably won't be back. The workers seem nice enough.

What is so hard taking the money and give us the $1.00 back. Then the hot fudge sundae only had about a teaspoon of hot fudge, basically looked like vanilla ice cream in a cup. Never again will we go back there. DQ needs to teach them how to make change.

I ordered cheese fries deconstructed because my daughter was unsure if she'd like the chili and cheese sauce and wanted to try them separate before adding to her fries. We found a blonde hair on a fry that had been dipped in the cheese sauce but couldn't identify if it was from the fry or cheese. I brought it to the attention of Cat who took the contaminated fry from my hand and in a very snarky tone said "I guess I can throw it away" I said "I didn't bring it to your attention for you to throw it away both the fry and sauce needs replaced please" she proceeded to walk off and huff. Fries were brought back with the cheese covering them ... which is not how she took away both the fries and the cheese. I ordered the pastrami bacon burger double which was missing the onion. The pastrami bacon was the highlight to my sandwich for sure! My daughter ordered the single classic burger which she says was fine. I haven't tried the banana jam banana pudding yet but I also ordered that as well. The kitchen staff were loud, someone in the kitchen questioned me with an attitude insinuating I was attempting to get a refund when in all actuality I was asking for my receipt. I would never recommend this establishment based on the behavior and attitude of its employees!

I'm not sure what's happened over the last year though. The customer service has been poor, and I reached a 'can't return' moment recently. There was a large sign outside that said "Happy hour deal, 10 dollars for a burger and a beer". The bill came to 15 dollars. I talked to a bartender and to explain the mistake and they said that's actually official policy, to not give the happy hour price unless you ask for it while ordering. I've never heard of that before. I said that's an unethical policy and they could not have cared less. No apologies, nothing. Now, if it's truly the businesses policy, the employees are just doing their job. They don't have to care, but it would have been nice if they pretended to sympathize. Ultimately, it's either a bizarre, rude policy, or the employees are skimming the difference. Neither option is ok with me.

My wife and a friend share a common b-day and I took them to Culver's to celebrate their shared special day. Our friend had the chicken sandwich while my wife and I had two differnt variations of the butter burger - all three of us had a side of fries. The burgers were exceptionally good and the fries were excellent. AND - what's a trip to Culver's without ice cream. My wife and her friend both had turtle sundaes and were impressed by the amount of pecans in the sandae. I had a choclate "concrete" that was really good - very chocolatey.
