We've tried these guys about five times, but always by ordering our food on the app and picking it up. The first few times we had poor experiences because upon entering the store, which is never busy, going to the pickup area and giving our name.....that is when they start making our food and it takes an insanely long time. People would come in, order their food at the counter and leave before we had our food that we preordered. Very frustrating! Another time we ordered a milkshake and apparently only one person there is in charge of milkshakes. They were also handling the cash register so it took them at least 15 minutes to get around to making our shake. With all of that said, we have finally cracked the code of ordering burgers with Five Guys on the app. Once we place our order, they have a box that says "Let us know when you're on your way." You have to click that box and then they start your food! I felt like Indiana Jones finding a long lost treasure when we walked in and out of the store within 30 seconds!! These guys are quite expensive, but I have to say, best burgers out there. I'm not a fan of their fries and I've been mentally damaged after waiting on that milkshake for so long, so I won't be ordered another one of those either. But the burgers....WOW. And their restaurant is adorable. It's cheerful and bright with a nice sized lobby. And you can watch them make your food as well, which is nice. We will return again!! read more

I tried their buy one/get one burger free today by ordering online. I've been there before but thought it so overpriced. Honestly, I still think it is. The joint is set up to look like a sit down restaurant but no table service. You pick up at the counter but you are still prompted for a tip. Don't expect to sit at a clean table either even though there is plenty of help there. When you order online, you can give an expected time, which I did - 3:30. I was running early so I used the app to tell them that I was on my way and then tapped on "I'm Here" when I arrived. It still wasn't ready until 3:30 so I guess it doesn't matter if you tell them you are on your way. While waiting, I ordered a $7 milkshake. It was a mix, not real ice cream, so I have no idea why they think it's worth $7 - it wasn't. The burgers are large and there's two on the bun. I sat down and ate one there. It leaked dramatically - I think because the veggies that came on it were so wet. Otherwise it tasted ok. But is it worth over $10? No. And because I think everything there is still so overpriced, I probably won't be back. The workers seem nice enough. read more

First time back in years. Open till 10pm which is nice since most places close around 9pm in Grove City during week. The dining area has been updated since I last was here and I like it. More open. The fries are better, not dark burnt which is what it used to be and still fresh cut and cooked to order, they tasted great. Hamburger also fresh, cooked to order and not as greasy like it used to be. The difficult part to judge is the price. $7.99 for hamburger, little fry $3.69 and $2.59 for regular size soda came to $15.34. It's all freshly prepared but you still have to wait in line or wait till your number is called to grab it. No drive thru, no servers. Also it is basic meat beef you can buy at the grocery store and make yourself on a skillet and not a special blend of beef. It's a tough judgement call because I do like Five Guys and I think they do a great job with service and cleanliness but I also think the burgers are overpriced. Technically Wendy's is cooked to order as well and Red Robin for the same price is a sit down restaurant with waiters and waitresses but you have to pay tip. It's a apples to oranges debate that I'll leave to yourself to decide. I need to finish my hamburger cuz I'm hungry. read more

First time visiting Five Guys and I am still trying to figure out what the hype is about. The food seemed a bit overpriced. We ordered one bacon burger, "little" fries, and a drink and it was nearly $15. The burger did not taste any different than a burger from other establishments in the area. I did not find anything uniquely different about it. The fries were good and I was pleased that they offered malt vinegar. Also, they have a nice fountain drink selection. The interior was clean and the service was excellent. They helped us navigate the menu since we were first-timers. Not a bad experience, just overpriced. read more

Good burger for Grove City, Ohio..... 1. I wouldn't say this is the best burger I've ever had but maybe the best burger I've had in Ohio? haha 2. Basically you pick between two sizes of burgers, the "little" or regular. Hamburger, cheeseburger, or bacon cheeseburger. The "little" cheeseburger was perfect for me and over 4 bucks I think. So like the other reviewers said, kinda pricey for a plain cheeseburger. But for free you get a bunch of toppings to choose from and you can even have all of them if you want. So I guess they try to make it worth the price with that option. 3. The cajun fries were deelish. The regular size was enough for three people. The fries were really good and the service was excellent but $15 for 1 bacon burger , "little" fries and a drink is a bit excessive in my opinion. This location is with in the mall. The staff are all very friendly and seemed to work together as a team. My burger always comes out perfect and they are very generous with the french fries. Also Location has the drink station behind the counter. This actually does not cause a problem as the employees are very attentive and will get you a drink refill quickly. I do think five guys has the best burgers around. read more

I have got to give 5 guys a quick shout out for constantly serving good burgers and fries. It's nice to know when you order, they get it right It's fresh, and it's delicious. I would definately have their burgers again, very tasty. But not the fries, the are too thick for my liking, They do have malt vinegar for your fries too. Next time i will try the Cajun fries. The store in grove city was hopping too, lots of business. There was a rush not long after we got there, and they moved thru the line at a decent pace. read more

It's good here. If you know Five Guys, this location is consistent with the others. The burgers are simple, but excellent - buns are super fresh and soft, little patties are fried to well-done, no pink. Tomatoes and lettuce looks fresh. It's all wrapped in foil, so it's nice and hot, almost steamy. Love it. This location jams really loud music from the 1990s. Don't know why. The employees seem good and are friendly and enthusiastic, which is always good. Maybe one of them digs the loud tunes, but it's a bit much in the dining area. read more

So first let's start with I normally like this place. Order 77 on 12/7/2016. I walk in and stand there at the counter while a young lady stands with her back to me for and extended period. Finally the cook walks up and points up a customer is here. She then turns and then turns back and continues talking. I said sorry to bother you I know your busy. FYI the restaurant is practically empty. I order myself a sandwich cheeseburger with grilled onions and green peppers and my wife a little cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup only and a large fry and a drink. Get home to find my wife's burger was my order and mine was hers. I wonder if was intentional because I joked about "sorry to bother you". Either way I don't plan to go back. I may not have been so mad if they were busy, but they were doing nothing but talking amongst each other. My order was a bother to their evening plans. Very disappointing. When I called back in to tell of the problem he said he could remake my order, not really helpful when I am already home with my 5 month old twins. read more

Went to five guys to order 4 burgers, 2 dogs, and fries. I was greeted by several smiling faces who promptly took my order. The food came out perfectly cooked, hot, and very delicious. When my family dug in they were blown away by the taste and quality of the burgers. The toppings were fresh and the dogs had the perfect grilled texture. The best burger in town. I loved Red Robin but the simplicity of Five Guys wins out. When you enter the restaurant you order a large or little hamburger/cheeseburger with bacon or not. Then you select any of the following toppings - one price: Mayo, Relish, Onions, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes ,Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup ,Mustard, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, A-1 Sauce, Bar-B-Q Sauce, Hot Sauce The fries are delicious - small/large cajun or regular. Well, I'm not really a burger girl, but every now and then I get that magic burger feeling. I had a five guys with cheese and sauteed mushrooms, and fries with the cajun seasoning. It was greasy - Really Greasy. The portions were too large. I didn't finish it and I still felt a little queasy afterward. Yuck. FYI- the "little" burger is one patty. The original is 2. 2 too much. 2 stars for having lots of options and toppings, fast service and I guess if you want to eat a ton and pay next to nothing (ugh America :/) then it would be a good place. Have visited several locations, this one is closest to me.. have yet to get food the same way twice, very inconsistent on how food is prepared, how long it's cooked and portions are always different. Hard to order something that is really good when it's prepared properly if you never know how the person of the day decides to prepare it and portion it to you. Sad. If you wanna spend 25 dollars for a couple to have a hamburger and fries and not know what or how much you'll get you'd be better off to save your money for somewhere else. read more

On way home from Kings Island, and our son suggested it. He hit nail on the head. It was very good, and staff was very friendly.

I went here with my husband and ordered some kind of hamburger with everything on it...despite the many toppings the burger itself was greasy and very bland with no flavor at all whatsoever. The fries were tasteless as well. I could not even finish my burger it was that bad! I don't even cook hamburgers but I'm sure if I attempted to fry one in a pan ( like this crap was obviously) I could do way better lol! read more

Really good burgers and fries of course. Staff is always nice. Teh wait kind of stinks just because it's not really fun in there, but the burgers are good enough to wait for. I started off a little suspicious as their arrival in Columbus coincided with an NBC special where they followed the president around for a day, and one of the things he did was show up unannounced to a Five Guys and get burgers for his staff. Anyways though they have some pretty good, greasy burgers with lots of great toppings to choose from. The fries are not bad, simple and of good quality, although I'm not a huge fan of their seasoned fries. I love the free, in shell peanuts, and I always end up eating more of those than my fries! Burgers on a good day can be quite tasty. Burgers are nice and greasy, like how I like my burgers. For a more arteries clogging potential , add some bacon on that beautiful burgers. I wolf it down like I been on a 7 day fast with some nice burgers and bacon. One little gripe is the cajun fries, can be a little bit much of the cajun seasoning. The staff overall is reliable and fast, really act like they care about the place. If this place have a drive-thru t it would close down McDonald's. read more

Pretty good burgers. More expensive than most fast food places, but not by much though. Two people for about $20. However we didn't get the fries as well. They usually hook you up on the fries by putting extra in the bag. Also have bunless for those on Atkins or for gluten free. read more
