Learn more on electrifyamerica.com/pricing PROTIP: Regulars wait for an available charger by queuing alongside the dumpster. This is something the local EV community came up with. There's no signage for guidance. No employees for directions. VIBE: Usually uneventful here. Mostly filled with pleasant interactions from other EV peeps. Except today... when a Karen and a Ken were in true form. Talking AT the people in their cars while charging. I say talking AT and not TO bc they didn't approach the folks at the chargers like neighborly adults to inquire how much longer we'd be. Instead, they chose to be snarky and each had the audacity to walk in front of our cars to passive-aggressively bark snide comments. Karen shouts: "TAKE YOUR TIME" then walks away. I felt bad that her wrinkles and deep furrows really display outwardly what a miserable old bag she is. Let this wait humble and remind you that your luxury EV doesn't trump anyone's place in line. Ken musta felt empowered by this poor behavior bc he gets out of his own car, pulls his chinos up well beyond bellybutton height and decides to consign on that betch's rudeness: "ThEy'Re ALL tRyInG tO cHaRge To 100% - sO sTuPiD!" Then gets back in his car... to continue waiting indefinitely :) First off, fk your betch and the clique you claim. You ain't entitled to SHIT here at a PUBLIC CHARGER. Don't wanna queue up? Install a charger at your house. Or how about you plan accordingly? Maybe don't go during peak hours and expect those of us who WAITED OUR TURN to unplug for YOU. I was gonna stop at 80%. But that attitude made me stay till 99% cuz I had the time today. And I still left before the other 3 cars who were plugged in ahead of my arrival. It was a nice, collective unspoken FAFO moment of camaraderie. It doesn't cost anything to be kind & polite. So come correct or get corrected.

Parking and driving around looked quite busy in the front where you can see that tiny Trader Joe's that's overshadowed by the giga Whole Foods and what I think are protestors against Uniqlo, I think. Never seen protestors for that brand in particular, but it is what it is. There's LOTS of college students (near SFSU apparently) and Zoomers since it was, I suppose it's after school on a Tuesday. Parking the back was no issue. Also a decent selection of shops that I would go to normally, like Daiso or Miniso, as well as a Round 1. Neat that they have a Quickly's that looks like it's untouched by time (portraits of cute Ulzzang style workers enjoying the drinks and food there), there's charging tables, and a good amount of eateries and options to get boba and snacks. Completely incomprehensible unless you're specifically from the 626, but this mall reminds me of a mix between the Santa Anita mall and the West Covina mall (during it's prime). Pretty bustling and lots of businesses that actually interest me. I think my only qualm is that everything is at a smaller scale and smaller store, like their Pop Mart and Miniso are markedly smaller with a smaller stock, so keep that in mind.

My friends and I came from Texas and were recommended to try this location at Stonestown. I actually tried it when I visited SF back in 2024, so I was excited to come back again after two years. Unfortunately, I feel like the quality has gone down a little. The matcha was really astringent and didn't taste that good this time, and the banana flavor tasted very artificial. The service was definitely the best part though. The guy working there was really nice, and the Asian girl with red hair was super friendly and helpful. She explained the different lattes to us and recommended the black sesame latte, which was actually really good very nutty and not too sweet. She also gave us FIVE ice cream samples, like yo my friends were still downstairs and I just asked if they could try some too, and she happily gave us a bunch to bring to them. Such nice service! When she got home, she realized she needed a larger size, so she came back to exchange the exact same dress for a different size. The cashier refused the exchange, claiming there was a small makeup stain near the neckline. My sister explained that the stain was already there when purchased and that she simply wanted the same dress in a larger size-not a refund. I had the receipt at home since it was a gift, but the cashier also stated that without the receipt she could not honor the exchange. My sister asked for a manager, who initially refused as well, again blaming the stain. When I arrived, I explained that we had literally purchased the dress there two days earlier and nobody had mentioned or checked the stain at the time of purchase. The manager then smugly and reluctantly agreed to "let it go this one time" and told us that customers should inspect items carefully for stains before leaving the store. I responded that the retail team should be just as responsible for checking merchandise instead of immediately blaming customers. What made the situation even more frustrating was that my sister grabbed another larger-sized dress directly off the sales rack, and when we checked it closely-surprise -it ALSO had a stain around the neckline that the cashier failed to notice. So apparently customers are expected to catch every flaw, while staff are not held to the same standard? Who is to say that perhaps Uniqlo intentionally puts stained clothing on the racks to avoid refunding customers??? The cashier even turned her name badge around so we couldn't see her name to include in a formal complaint, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Eventually, the manager apologized after we pointed out how poorly the situation was handled, but it did not feel sincere at all. So customers make sure you check inside out all your purchases for any little stain or markings - - they will not honor any exchanges or refunds even if they put them on their racks. This was the team working on Mother's Day, May 10, 2026, in the early afternoon. Be better and do better, Uniqlo.

They told me that they "put in multiple requests, but it takes weeks for the repairmen to come. Once they do, there are new machines that break after the broken ones have been fixed." Why would it take weeks to repair machines, just to have them break over and over and over? I've never seen this many broken machines at any other gym. The workers also yell at us to get out once we get close to closing time. A few times I was changing in the bathroom, and someone told me over and over again that the gym was closed and to get out. The staff made the whole experience even better. George was prompt, courteous, and helpful through the online chat, answering all of my many questions. When my wife and I visited in person, Destiny was just as wonderful. She had a clear can-do attitude and really wanted to make sure the party went smoothly. On the day of the party, Destiny came in early to open the store, set up the party area, and help with decorations. She was flexible with the game rooms as some kids arrived early and others came late, and she was helpful throughout the entire event, even helping clean up when a drink spilled. Most importantly, the girls had a blast. After an hour of playing, all of them asked to keep going, and several convinced their parents to let them stay and play more after the party lunch. That says it all. Highly recommend IGB for kids' birthday parties!

They were able to retoractively add my points or apply my rewards when I remember right after the transaction finished. It's much better than Cinemark when one forgets. Another thing is when one of the managers saw me looking at movie merch, they took the initiative to ask what I was looking for and bring out stock from the back to sell to me. For clarification, I had called in earlier in the week and the concession workers told me there were no more. I still came by to look and was pleasantly surprised they had merch in the back.
