Just your typical storage place. They hook and switch. I came in with a 39 per month catch. I needed insurance right off the bat, so it went up to 49. Understandable that there's insurance rates. Half way through my first year it goes up to 57 dollars. Now 1 year later it goes up again. What started with 39 dollars a month, is now 59 dollars and most likely rising. I also fail to mention that I had a major issue with this place half way through the year, that actually put my business in jeopardy and there was no one to contact even though they created the problem during that moment of trouble. During which time the girl at the front desk was super rude and careless for the importance and actual severity of the problem they created. I will not go into details because I don't want to completely affect a business even though they failed to care about mine. My husband and I have a unit here. I can't tell you how nice this experience has been. We have had our unit for almost a year and we love it. The grounds are well cared for and there is plenty of parking near the elevators. The pricing is fair. If you're getting a rental promotion, they tell you. There's no bait and switch if you are paying attention. The front office is the best. We love Billy. I can't say thank you enough for making this so easy for us. Searched for Storage in the area and this was the cheapest I found in the area I am moving too. Did some research and went by the place. Crystal was nice and smiled but you could tell it was not honest greeting. Talked to some one nearby and they were telling me a week or two ago there were several law enforcement vehicles on site. Made me concerned and went with Extra Space a mile away that had similar rates. I would avoid this place. Rodney helped me and I felt it was a legit welcome and not fake. read more

I have been renting from this place for two years. I have just downsized my storage and the staff was great and made things easy to transition to a smaller unit. They have moving supplies which helped organize my stuff so I could make it neat when I transferred. They have different prices for each size space available to fit your budget. The staff is great. They took their time and answered all my questions. The facility is clean and well maintained. Access to inside units is also easy and well thought out. Some storage places are dark mazes but this one is well lit and organized with multiple entry and exit points. It also helps that their pricing is lower than most of the other storage facilities in the area if you need a larger unit (I wanted a 14 x 20). read more

I have been using storage for years. Let me tell you that A1 is ahhhmazing. Not only is the move in process fast, but they make it easy for you to be a customer. I love that they have the option to pay at the kiosk. It makes life easy. The property is well managed and clean.
