I contacted Donley through email on Monday morning looking for some sort of explanation as to why it was missed- no call back. I called them on Tuesday about 12pm after not hearing anything. Got a call back from a hotheaded man named Steve who was confrontational and ready to fight from the moment we started talking. "I don't see it, we didn't miss anything, don't know what you're talking about"- is basically how it went- Extremely defensive and unnecessary. He just acted as though it wasn't present during the inspection and it wasn't their problem. It was there. This didn't just happen. It was missed. I liked the guy fine that performed the inspection, but he blew that camera through everything too quickly. Isn't that what an inspection is? Finding things that aren't obvious? Simple as that. Only thing Steve did was guarantee that I will leave reviews on every platform I can. He needs to CALM down and not attack a homeowner who is trying to find out what happened.

Background information: Called their emergency service number because our 2 YEAR OLD A/C unit hasn't been working, clearly they installed a used unit instead of a new one. To make matters worse, we have an infant in a home that is overheating so we called their emergency number at 9am and were told they would get back to us within 30 minutes. 5 hours later... and after numerous phone calls and text messages requesting an update, we finally heard back that they would be unable to help us until the following day ("assuming ALL their techs don't call in AGAIN," said NATHAN). NATHAN suggested we get a hotel that they "of course" would not pay so our infant wouldn't overheat. He then asked me, "why would we pay for that?" like I was a complete idiot for wondering if they would compensate us for their lack of emergency services and reliable technicians for a product that was under warrantee. I also asked him if he was available to come out and he told me he didn't have the parts he needed in his truck. No wonder he doesn't have reliable techs, as a leader he is not reliable. Clearly this was upsetting, and NATHAN decided to end the call by saying all he could do was send someone else out tomorrow, again "assuming his techs didn't call out again, and that I should be nice to them when they are there." So we called DESERT DIAMOND AIR and they said they would send someone out immediately. Do yourself a favor and use another company for your home heating and cooling needs. i been waiting to wright this review for a few years to give the owner the benefit of the…read moredoubt.This is about a heat kit that my unit electrically ready for cause my old heat pump had the heat kit.This is a 5 ton heat pump with no heat to keep me warm when the heat pump goes in defrost it is the best practice to install a defrost heat kit to provide heat for early morning when the unit goes in defrost.I mentioned it to the owner he said it would cost extra.Now if i would have known 7000 swap out price wouldn't cover it he would not have got a check until he would not have cushioned his profit margine by 100 when now i have a unit that blows cold air for 10 to 15 minutes.I didn't want to wright a review but soon after the installation he wouldn't return my calls so now that he doesn't use standard best practices i gave him what he wanted was a honest review
