The eggs were poached absolutely perfectly, and the runny yolk soaked into the beautifully light brioche bun. The flavor profile was excellent; the dollop of herbed cream cheese paired incredibly well with the fresh spinach and the punch of the pickled red onion. My only tiny personal critique is that I wished the salmon itself was just a bit saltier, leaning closer to a traditional lox, but it was still incredibly flavorful and satisfying.
For drinks, it was a bit of a mixed experience. I ordered the Iced Pistachio Latte, which unfortunately left me a little underwhelmed. It wasn't a bad drink by any means, but the pistachio flavor just wasn't very prominent. On the plus side, my friend ordered the Iced Tiramisu Latte, and hers was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor.
Overall, it's a great spot with high-quality food and a fantastic location.
