Located on the lower floor of the atrium on Ave. de Liberdade. It's tucked away in a corner, but they have a large dining area. The waiters were nice and efficient. This place had the best pancakes I've ever had in Lisbon! They also had good mimosas. read more

This cute little brunch spot is located beneath a small mall. I ordered a hot matcha latte, which was pretty good, along with the breakfast plate. It came with poached eggs, tomatoes, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, avocado, and a side of rustic bread. It was healthy and tasted great, but unfortunately, it didn't sit well with me afterward. I suspect the avocado might have been the culprit, as it was the only thing I had that morning, and I started feeling unwell shortly after. read more

Had breakfast here a couple of times and it was just delicious. The coffee is really good and all the breakfast meals we tried were excellent. It is somewhat of a very casual place with the seating partially outside, but overall created a nice atmosphere. Service was just fine, and kept us moving right along. read more

The food was excellent, service was great too! We searched for a brunch and breakfast place on Yelp and thought a place named Kafeine would have good coffee and they sure did! I had a double espresso that was Brazilian, tasted like a mix of walnuts and chocolate and was delicious! I had the breakfast plate, the eggs were perfectly poached, and the detox juice was so good. My wife had the tacos which were also wonderful. To find it, you have to go downstairs, go to the right and it's on the left. Buen provecho! read more

So, we walked 20 minutes mostly down hill from our hotel. It was so worth the walk. The pancakes are delicious. The mimosa was a perfect blend of champagne and yes just enough orange juice. Cheerful staff, great lattes, yummy food. It's easy to miss this place as it's downstairs in a food court of a mall that seems focused on fashion. But well worth finding as it's simple, fresh food. This was the perfect place to have breakfast post AirBnb checkout with 5 pieces of luggage on us. Kafeine has a lovely outdoor space where we stuck our luggage on the side, without feeling like we were hogging up prime seating space. We chose which table we wanted and the waitress promptly passed over some menus for us. They offer a variety of drinks-- we got a jasmine tea, English breakfast tea, V60 coffee & an espresso. The waitress was keen enough to put in the order for the V60 ASAP, knowing full well that it would take some time to make, about 10 minutes. My husband ordered the Açaí bowl decorated with banana slices and strawberries. I indulged in the toast combo which included eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage, bacon & I opted to add a side salad. I was very satisfied! It was a great balance of protein, fat, carbs & greens. The bread was thick, fresh & toasty. My friend enjoyed her avocado, bacon & Brie on a warm croissant.
