I think the best parts about this place are the architectural style of the building & how close you are to some really cool shops/libraries (check out Salted Books). Such a cute place to get a quick breakfast. We weren't able to snag a seat by their windows but the couches were super comfy. Food came quick and was tasty. It took a while to get our check but I think that's just how most of these places are. I also ordered their matcha margarita which I'd also recommend. Breakfast burrito was absolutely amazing 10/10! Perfect amount of food wrapped in the yummy tortilla. The latte and croissant ,iced coffee was also great. Was not a fan of the avocado toast, was a bit soggy upon getting it to the table and the radish was kind of an odd pairing with it. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and original brunch food!! Nothing beats the quality of European eggs, and luckily here they have an "egg-forward" menu. I ordered the halloumi pancake, and was so pleased with how balanced the sweet, savory, and spicy flavors were. The pancake is fluffy and only slightly sweet, and the halloumi is baked into the top, hidden underneath the eggs. The bacon was thin and well cooked, but still chewy. And the avocado was nice and ripe! Others at our table ordered the eggs benedict, which was served on a super thick slice of brioche bread, the scrambled eggs, and the egg sandwich. All were super delicious. The sausage tray bake was "superb" according to my grandfather too! They are also very kind and accommodating here. Our party of 6 had two elderly grandparents, to whom the staff offered seats inside while we waited for a table. Dear Breakfast is one of the best breakfast/brunch places to go in Lisbon. I arrived right when they opened to secure a seat on the patio. Please arrive early if you do want a seat outside. Dear Breakfast offers both inside and outside seating. My table started off with the late, croissant, and the ice coffee which were delicious. For the mains, I ordered the breakfast burrito was a 11/10. One of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. The breakfast burrito was beautiful seasoned and was delicious. The avocado toast was beautifully plated but was on the soggy side. The staff was very friendly and provided different recommendations of areas to explore around Lisbon. I chose the Benedict which was perfectly made and the hollandaise was not too heavy but just right. My partner ordered the sausage plate which was also very nice. I surely love this place but it doesn't have A/C but it's still nice. We loved the coffee but especially the Healthy Huevos Rancheros which is absolutely delicious. Super friendly service but this place does tend to get crowded and service gets a bit slow during those times. Moderate noise levels (~74db). I was looking for some refreshing and found it in the açaí bowl here. So good I came 2 days in a row. The fusion bowl was absolutely delicious. The yogurt perfectly balanced the sweetness of the açaí. The pink latte was definitely something unexpected, it tasted like a light ginger latte, although my second day having it, it wasn't was gingery. The savory pancakes is a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The pancakes are made in a mold so they come out a perfect shape, although there's something about a pancake cooked over a griddle that appeals more to me. They are a light airy texture so it didn't feel too heavy to eat. I also tried the sausage breakfast which came served over a bed of beans, not my favorite dish and I found it a little salty. I was very excited to try out this place after seeing its high reviews and ratings. It was the first place I decided to checkout with my friend when we got to Lisbon last November, 2021. We went there for brunch, I think there was little bit of a wait at the beginning to get seated. The inside is cute and Instagram worthily. Which is one of the reason I wanted to go there. Sadly the food was not good. The potato hash brown had a weird taste to it. The coffee was small, and so was the food portion. Don't see what is the hype for this place.
